Now personally, one reason I wish to do the Retreat on this turn is so that Lizzy can get a personal... that involves her hanging out with Kitsune or Marco. The former because Kitsune needs reaffirmation to the Marcnificent team, the latter because she's trying her best to branch out from just Janna... as we have seen during the last Gala.

[] Plan: Star Hunt Part Two - v3
I am mostly sold on this plan, particularly the choice to do another tarot reading.
It blew my mind just how obvious it was in hindsight. We were looking for a reliable occult unit to hire when we already had one right before us and we had already built a good rapport with her. Just hand her the contract as soon as she's stabilized.

One thing I want to object to, and quite insistently at that, is Tobe's currently proposed personal. Can't we wait on training the Dakotas this time? They've already had a training session, and the ninjas' training arc has been on hold for a while, with Dennis of all people being the one steadily polishing his ninjutsu. Let's read the damn Mad Mojo Cookbook already!

As for the Wasteland quest, I want to take it as soon as possible. Then again, it's probably better if as many of the participants are robots for both diplomacy bonuses and not having to worry about the toxicity. Seems like Technor and his BO team are the likeliest candidate, and maybe Norm, if the Ferret is no issue...

So, was looking at personals, saw this:

[ ] Do some home gardening
You've been really busy lately, why not take some time for yourself and relax? Spending some time at home gardening would be a nice break from the grind at work and give you the chance to eat something you grow with your own two hands.

Outcome:
95% A Quiet Afternoon?
5% Premium Crop

I am taking this as soft confirmation of gardening being the path to Super Goof via power peanuts, but with there being a very low (1/20) possibility of success.

Uh, just throwing this, but what about using Smarty in one of our actions? That inator of ours is worrying me. Considering how our dice is fucky, I would feel safer with a big boost in our stewardship. Unless we're holding it for something bigger?

If the inator gives a permanent 10 crit fail little we can do with Smarty. He also might not deem it good business for the retreat or civvie ai.

Malifishmirtz: What's a Shego? (...Abstain?)

Wait, we never told our ancestor about our girlfriend? This must be remedied :V
Outcome: Gain +1 Income from Zootopia, slight public opinion increase, moderate Zootopian opinion increase, gain access to Zootopian Climate Technology (allows for medium-scale active alteration of outdoor climates at a high- but not impossible- energy cost.). Zootopian Climate systems are repaired and will be maintained by DEI for the foreseeable future. Reduce Zootopia Infiltration DC by 10.

I know this is a bit dark for Doof's usual level of villainy, but this means we could hypothetically hold Zootopia hostage through its own weather systems in the future. If we ever wanted to actually oust Bellwether, this would be a good spot of leverage.

I will note: Lots of our PAs have changed from progress bar to just "do a set number of times". Also, in addition to red text, we have orange text (which I assume indicates a significant, but not catastrophic risk) and, new and exclusive, BLUE text (which I belive indicates especially positive outcomes). Unfortunately, they're ALL on PAs IE things whose outcome we have no way to influence whatsoever. Also, the rewards for civilian AI is...What appears to be purple and/or black? Don't like that.

I think the point is that although it takes a while, it has the potential to be blue.

I would suggest, if it is indeed purple and not black, it's suggesting that it's a mix of red and blue. In other words, there's great risk...But also great reward.
It's purple, and is on the word time. It might mean there is a lack of an immediate reward, but that the eventual one will be worth it
Was expecting Gary with the amount of Club Penguin cards we've been getting, Belgravia is active in this quest is a good thing to know, Doberman and Fironic came out of left field; and I have no thoughts on Monkey

If it wasn't already clear, Colonel Doberman already works for the Air Force. He can't be hired.

Hm..Fironic interested in a sponsorship? Nah...Not really our brand, I guess. Also, not sure if Oberon is supposed to be a Toon, but either way, clearly Belgrave ain't slacking in the spy game. One-Shot is...Eh. He is. Gary's top tier Learning would normally make him our exact brand, but he's also lackluster in EVERYTHING save Learning. Doberman appears to be an absolute MONSTER in the air. The battles between him and General Von Talon must have been something to see back in the day...Say, ya think, if we infiltrate them, we could...Drop him a tip? Eh. Maybe.

Its a shame none have joined our rolodex. Gary could have been cool to create gear and such for Russ and Black ops team and so on.

@Arathnorn
If we assign the red liquid to Russ, could he use it if necessary during the nemesis action?

I'm thinking give the potion to Russ and giving Ruby Wings to Cruella.
