Okay, can someone please remind me how many actions we have in each catagory?
I can't find the information anywhere.

2 in everything but Occult and Martial plus NOWCA's floating action.
The benefits of this roll will change depending on the aptitude and temperament of the hero unit, as well as how much of a difference there is between Ludivine's stats and theirs.

I said I thought it'd be funny since one is a kitsune and the other is a kitsune. No promises on how it'll pan out or even if an interlude will be called for, though Kitsune is the smartest pick for the action for numerous reasons.--[] [Diplomacy] Expand into Foreign Markets: Japan (Kitsune)
Kitsune seems like a great fit to enter the Japanese market and we were promised it would be funny!
The bumbling incel had a higher count than ND according to Tad Stone. He's got a body count and was part of Negaduck's Fearsome Five.
Quest Actions
[ ] The Best is Yet to Come
You've received an invitation to a major Olympia charity celebration to push for a once-and-for-all repeal of the SRA. While you have been trying to avoid getting close to former Kronos employees, it would be very impolitic to not send someone… and you have your own reasons to want to attend.
Several reasons.
Mirage may go on this Quest, and will be the leader if she attends. Doing so costs 2 Personal Actions. You may assign only three hero units to this quest in addition to the quest leader.
I want to have Lizzie do this. She could use the support a toy could supply.
Is there anything in the imagination collab that might help russ?
We got hints they were a avenue to helping him but unless I'm mistaken none of them seem useful in that regard.
"I'm glad to hear you say that. Based on what I know of Doctor Doofenshmirtz, I should be very happy to see him working more closely with us. I sense a Spark in him, and there is much we could discover together, I think."
"Well, that's real kind 'a ya ta say, Mr. Mercurial!"
"Now now." The man replied. "For toons, and anyone else in need of… special solutions, I have another name you may know me by."
"Hmm?"
"If you have need of me, you may call me as… The Dreamfinder."
With that, Mercurial gave a kind nod, turned on his heel, and went back through the doors.

Success!
Goofy watched him go, turning down another hallway and disappearing around a corner. But just as he left, Goofy could have sworn he saw a flash of something… purple?
Ah well.
Must have imagined it.
If we're gonna hire any of the Fearsome Five, Bushroot would be the best option. Even post-transformation, he's the sanest (heck, he's not even really a supervillain in terms of self-identity: he has an actual motive beyond being evil, and Bushroot isn't even a codename, that's just his actual last name), he's gentle and caring towards his plant minions, and his crimes were usually either theft to fund his research, protecting plants, or him trying to deal with his crippling loneliness: not good, but Doof himself has done worse. With a few months of therapy to help him deal with his obsessive tendencies and lack of impulse control, I could see him turning over a new leaf (Heck, he, uh, DID in the comics, I belive), but, wel....He is still a murderer (in fact, oddly, he's the only member of the Fearsome Five with an actual ONSCREEN kill to his name), and, given our status as a Toon rights advocate, hiring a Toon who is a known murderer is probably not a good idea for our PR. Sure, he's probably less evil then, say, Khan, but he's a lot more likely to get heat on us.I would like to hire Bushroot.
He brings incredibly strong stats and a very useful (and quite rare) powerset and learning specialty to the table. He fits really well into research categories we've already been pursuing and opens new ones. Plant hybridization would offer all sorts of medical and superpower possibilities, and he'd absolutely crush all the genemod crops stuff, plus offer all kinds of new sentient plant options I would expect.
Now, it would certainly be a risk. The most notable problem is the baggage his past crimes bring with him. He's got a body count and was part of Negaduck's Fearsome Five. I do not deny that that's some serious baggage and a nasty rap sheet.
However, I don't think Bushroot himself would be much of a problem as hero units go. Compared to the rest of the Fearsome Five, who did crimes either for completely nonsensical reasons or just out of sheer insanity, Bushroot had pretty predictable and sane motivations. First, he wanted love and friendship - second, he wanted to fund his research and experiments - and third, he was a hardcore environmentalist. The lengths he went to fulfill these needs dipped absurdly into criminal, but these are still needs that we can accomodate and use to keep him under control. By funding his research, keeping like-minded types like Jumba and Janus around him who wouldn't care so much about his past for companionship, and continuing to push our Greevil policies, I think we could keep Bushroot satisfied and loyal in a way that simply wouldn't be possible for the rest of the Five.
There are definitely counterarguments to be made and I don't deny it's risky, but I think it's a manageable and controllable risk, and one with benefits worth taking it for.
I would like Mirage to take all three "improve stats" personals. I think those are very powerful options
- I would be willing to drop the Mole personal attention on the non-quest variant and have Mirage do 6 personal actions.
huh, well I guess we can do more of her unique intrigue stuff after allExecutive Priorities: Once a turn, Mirage may choose to take a Diplomacy, Stewardship, or Intrigue action in place of any other action. This action takes a -10 penalty, as repurposed resources are not perfectly efficient.
Does the Internship Program apply this turn?--[x] Mirage (Recruit at an SFIT Career Fair)

Mirage rounded up a gaggle of promising interns at the SFIT Career Fair. While you're a little disappointed you didn't find any super geniuses or anything, these interns should really help you out on all sorts of your projects.
Internship Program: +2 to corporate stewardship rolls
And the description on page 1, I'm glad I'm already involved with the quest or I'd just get confused and leave.

Confirmation that Say Please applies to national actions. So we also have a increased buffer that we can use on our intrigue rolls even if we decide to go for the extra intrigue action.Arathnorn said:
Say Please: All Bare Failures on Intrigue rolls will be treated as Bare Successes instead.
The issue is she would have to be quest leader, and her stats for it are way worse than TECHNOR's. If she could be the woman in the chair with Technor in charge she'd be perfect but we don't have that optionTitanomachy: Mirage has insider knowledge, albeit outdated, of Kronos Corp's inner workings. She has +10 to all Diplomacy, Stewardship, or Intrigue rolls against Kronos Corporation or its successor Olympia Corp. This action procs on quests.
She should probably go on the quest.
