I knew activating the Avatar was a mistake and being proven right feels good.
First, there's being funny. Then, there's being an asshole. You have three guesses to figure out which side of the line that comment was on, and the first two don't count

80% * 25 = 20
20% * -25 = -5

Add them up to get a net benefit of 15.
The right statistical decision but got unlucky one time.

It's kind of like hitting on a 20 in blackjack and getting 21.
That would be the wrong statistical decision but got lucky one time.

Had we rolled a natural 100 would this post consist of you apologizing for being a doomsayer? Saying that you "knew" it was a mistake is misleading and disingenuous as it implies that the roll was not, in fact, random or was otherwise a certainty.
I have to say, it is rather remarkable how little people tend to read surrounding posts for context regarding beliefs.

I happened to be right about it not being worth it to activate the Avatar. I would have been pleasantly surprised if Juniper had managed to activate it successfully, though a bit annoyed that it would cost Juniper's action next turn. As it stands, we spent Juniper's next action for giving Kat a +20 in combat. As it stands, this is basically yet another inator roll which purely ended up fucking us over.
Even if we had managed to activate it successfully, I would rather have kept Juniper's action.

Come on fellows, think of the people! We have citizens relying on us to bail them out of this mess, and choosing to prioritize lives and livelihoods over a grudge match will reflect well on us with everybody - our citizens, the government, the anti-SRA movement and Olympia, everybody!

We want to come out of this as intact as possible, and we want to show the world we're willing and capable of standing up for Doofania. Kat can come to us, we can fight him better once we've won the battle on the streets and hopefully captured a couple of cats for Jumba to examine and possibly develop a counter-agent for.

I wanna mess up the Kat that's been a pain in our butts since forever ago, and obviously stopping the rampaging monolith through the power of dance is a high priority.

So long as our citizens aren't actively rebelling not sure that it matters all that much.

I'm not going to vote on Monogram

I'm all for taking the fight to Kat, but I expect we're going to have more stages to this quest. I want to go after Kat next stage, so that Kat isn't benefiting from Feldrake's avatar when we go after him.

If we DO insist on going after Kat first thing, then I'd prefer focusing 100% on Kat, so that we don't suffer from our attention being split. I expect Kat to be the hardest thing to deal with, so I want to stack the deck in our favor as much as possible first.

Here's the thing, I don't think Kat in particular is planning on fighting us head on. He has the superpowered cats to do it for him.

To be honest, I want to at least know where Kat is up to before he grabs some other surprise that we have to scramble to deal with.

Edit:
Here's how I see the situation.

Kat clearly has some other steps in his plan. He wouldn't have thrown the cats at us otherwise.

If we manage to at least hamper Kat now before he does something, then all we have to (relatively) deal with are the superpowered cats.

If we start by focusing on the public, we can do more initial help, but Kat is going to run off and do his other things, and then we have to deal with the cats on top of everything else he pulls. Plus, again, Phineas and Ferb are going straight for Kat, who's reaction to them is uncertain at the moment.

After thinking about it for a while, I'm changing my vote for trying to protect our civilians.

Thoughts on Divinos:
In theory these monsters of the week can be exploited but its a lot of effort for them to be any more useful than bringing an inator to a gun fight.

Legends are inaccurate -> Gomez ussually doesn't learn the exact powers and weaknesses of Divinos until its to late.
Masquerade Complications -> Divinos believe themselves superior to mortals and will gladly boast about that.
Divinos hate buildings -> Nova Nizza has a lot of off-screen construction.
Time Limit -> If a decent occult hero isn't on hand to stop them, you're losing the city.

Solutions:
Don't awaken the chaos daemons - It's boring but its simple.
Begin beatdown upon summoning - Don't fall for their tricks, just use them to justify destroying property
Monster amongst monsters - Current options: San Franstokyo and Seth Supplies
"Lab accident" - Have Kitsune do a show near Chicken Itza and leave a bunch of Jumba's trash behind
