There's a couple problems with investigating the triangle.
First, we already have somewhere between four and SIX different enemies to deal with; Doom and Toffee are our current biggest threats, ENCOM and the drug cartel are making nuisances of themselves, Kat's already here and has done SOMETHING to/in our headquarters, and apparently King Candy is a cybug or something? (I haven't watched Wreck-it Ralph in years, and I've never watched the sequel, so I've got no idea what's going on there.) Point is, we have too many irons in the fire to even begin poking at the endgame boss for literally the entire setting.
Second, Bill is an infohazard. I'm not saying knowing about him is going to immediately let him into our heads, and even once he does get into our mind (let's face it, it's going to happen at least once) it's probably not a instant game-over anyway. But even if Doof knows that Bill exists right now, he can't really do anything about him for a while. On the other hand, Bill finding out about Doof? BAD. VERY BAD. Bill wants out of his bubble, and to do that, he needs high-end dimensional manipulation. Which Doof is building up to. Not to mention, a omnidisciplinary scientist? With a growing degree of magical understanding? That also seems easy to manipulate? That is exactly the kind of
TL,DR: We have too much on our plate to poke the end-boss right now, and learning about him means him learning about us means he starts manipulating us way before we're ready to deal with him (Assuming he hasn't already. Heh, there's your plot twist. He was the talking Zebra from Wile's earlier interlude.)

i cant help but notice that the eye is open. the society's symbol is an eye that has been crossed out. I dont think that they are the society of the Blind eye anymore, especially considering that they had to have gotten out of bill's territory somehow.
