It's been stated many, many times that Doof's delusions are the only thing that declare him to be "in charge" of the tri-state area. Absolutely nobody else believes his claims aside from Norm, who doesn't count because he'd believe anything.

What about CJ? Excuse me, Princess CJ?

That's also not how deeds work outside of Gravity Falls.

And Ducktales. If I remember correctly Scrooge owning the Deed to Duckberg is canon to the old stuff as well.

Okay, I don't know about the Talespin version of Don Karnage, but the one from Ducktales is delightfully hammy, and after watching this video:

My new goal in life is to arrange a Sky Pirate VS Magic Ninja Dance-Fight.

Edit: Oops, wrong video. Fixed now.

That filthy Spaniard Copy-dog is no match for the original! Look at the original Don Karnage performance, it is 10,000 times more entertaining and one of a kind.

'If you just grab the deed from the past owner you own the place now' is a big pet peeve of both mine and MiH, so you can safely assume any such examples are decanonized. The only exception is Gravity Falls, which gets away with it on account of having an actual explanation (having the local property laws written by an insane president known for peanut brittle- yes this is canon, they explain it in the tie-in and this pleases me greatly).

Weirdly specific gripe, but OK.

I agree @Lab_Accident we should build the portal to Tom's Hell Dimension in the bowels beneath the legally distinct square of land we own in Middleton. This is a great idea. Nobody will ever know! And if demons ever get spotted, we can build the cursed mystique of the inevitable rebrand as Nachos Malos even more powerful

The QM's thought they could stop my bevy of Sandwich based tech paths and quests by devouring it whole? FOOLS! This only means that we have a new quest! To find another Sandwich! WAHAHAHA

The Doofonic Ideal Evil Sandwich is still a dream! And when the Queen comes she will make reality a dream! And then I will be there! Laughing as the sheer evil of the Perfect (Evil) Sandwich of my dreams!!
You know .... that might actually be a path.

Instead of saving Bueno Nacho by actually fixing it up so it's good, we can instead embrace it's terrifying nature and push it even further, rebranding it for Evil.

Bueno=Good ... but "Bad Nacho" is not a good name for a restaurant. So, evil, demonic, devil, hell, etc, etc, these are the adjectives we want.

Working on names here, what do you think

Malvado/Malvada Nacho?

Diablo Nacho?

Infierno Nacho?

Kick up the spiciness some more, get us a cute devil boy/girl/both/neither mascot character, and bam, the heath problems are a feature, not a bug.

Diablo Nacho, food good enough to die for.

Tri-State
Tri-State

"And then I will finally rule THE ENTIRE! TRI-STATE! AREA!"

Lightning flashed in the windows of the Doofenshmirtz Evil End-of-Year Board Meeting, as was proper for a declaration of this magnitude.

Russ raised his hand.

"Yes, Russ?"

"I've been wondering for a while now, but if we're going to be doing this I have to ask: Doctor, do you...know what a tri-state area is?"

Doofenshmirtz blinked. "Uh, yeah. It's three states that make an area. English may be my third language after Unidentified Germanic Language and-" Heinz made cat noises intelligible only to him "-but that one seems pretty straightforward."

"A tri-state area is a metropolitan area that contains land in three states."

"Seriously?!"

"Look it up."

Doofenshmirtz typed the search into his phone, stared at its screen for a minute, then raised it and a fist to the sky. "Curse you, English the Language!"

"So you see, the real Tri-State Area was right here all along. You don't need to-"

"Mirage, make a note!" Doofenshmirtz pointed to her with the hand that wasn't busy cursing the heavens.

"I've been taking notes since this meeting began. Would you like me to keep taking notes, or open a new file?"

"New file!"

Some brief clicking, then "Ready."

"I, Doctor Heinz Doofenshmirtz, am defining a tri-state area as an area made of three entire states! And, uh, that's it. You can go back to the other file now."

Mirage nodded her acknowledgment. Russ sighed.

Actually, in Danville, the Tri-State Area is an actual legal entity. Founded when John P. Tristate merged the pre-existing Bi-State Area with the Adjacent Area (founded, of course, by Otto H. Adjacent). Originally, it was actually three distinct single-state areas, but people don't care. I did not make any of that up, and, frankly, I am saddened by the fact I lack the talent to.

Ooh! I actually forgot that we still have Stanley. Eh, he is not important.
We don't. He was rehabilitated by normal, non-megalomaniacal-robot psychiatrists, and went back out into the world to rebuild his construction business.

Unlikely. What he did was similar to our Inators - Works great! As long as they're the only person doing it. Everyone else looks like a dunce.
I mean, he looks like a dunce too. Always did. It's just that he's a dunce with magical ninja bullshit powers now.

Actually, the scariest thing about this trait is that we can effectively raise Tobe's Martial AND Intrigue by training up his Occult. Since it raises half his Occult score to two stats, every point in Occult Tobe gets is effectively worth two points.

Heck, theoretically, if we gave him Felldrake, he'd get Occult 27, Martial 32 (+7 to direct combat from Leopold), and Intrigue 37! That's up there with Russ for sheer competence.
I don't think Feldrake would migrate willingly at this point. Tobe's not more evil than Janna, and he's not significantly more powerful, and at this point I think Janna and Feldrake have bonded a little anyway.

CJ wont count as a person until we shove her into a robo-body
I don't buy that for a minute.

Yeah, okay. The OG version is somehow even hammier, which I did not think possible, and that unidentifiable accent is just delightful, but if we include him, can we at least keep the song? Come on, it was a good song.

It's why I said "theoretically". By RAW, Feldrake will migrate, but we, the players, would never take him away from Janna, because we have somehow collectively decided Janna deserves to get all the things.

I'm not sure we'd be able to recruit Honey Lemon so easily... But we should go for GoGo at some point, she seems like she's been through a lot.
I was talking about the SkyHigh guy. The one with fire powers and daddy in jail? Leaving that aside, we already have Wasabi (And maybe Fred?), so may as well try to recruit in some moments all the gang.

The current list for rolodex recruitment is glooms, juniper, gogo and fredzilla, and gomez. Not necessarily in that order but most likely.

Probably skipping rolodex next turn so at least six turns to get everyone, not counting any new people that get priority for reasons.

Oh, so Wreck-It Ralph isn't a person?

Don't forget Hans Rotwood.

That list is very likely to get changed if we take (and crit) two recruiting actions next turn.

Don't forget Hans Rotwood.

I honestly did actually.

Do a lot of people want to get him?

I know glooms, juniper, and big hero six definitely have a lot of support and a few people really want gomez.

I don't think people have been talking about hans even as much as gomez.

I remember there being a lot of talk about putting him in charge of our magic school if we ever make it. But nothing since the vote I can think of.
