Why deceased? It's easier if we copy someone who's cooperating, and while we know a couple deceased people who could manage that, most of the people we know who are capable of volunteering to be copied are alive.

I just think that doing it to a living person (fictional person or not) has more ethical ramifications than a deceased person, which has already been done to frank Sinatra by someone else so we wouldn't be crossing any new lines or anything.

If you can think of living people that wouldn't mind being effectively copied and controlled by us I'm open to suggestions.

We could make one of Napoleon for Ghenghis Khan to get a Conquerer buddy.

Sinatron pretty thoroughly shot down the "controlled by us" thing. The copies are their own people, and given that I'm pretty sure we've got several people on staff who would be on board.

No, he only started to do his own thing after the sky high person did her technomancy on him. She even says it worked better than she planned because he seemed to become completely sentient after that. Doing stuff she didn't actually tell him to.

The way I took it, Syndrome had put in limitations in what Sinatron could or couldn't do, and Gwen removed those limitations and asked him to make a distraction as payment. Sinatron was still a person before and after Gwen did her thing, its just that Gwen removed artificial limitations Syndrome had put on what Sinatron was capable of.

Heinz Doofenshmirtz. Trying to cheat action economy isn't even my main concern, just the idea of Actually a Doofbot.

Basically serious: have Wendy model herself so that she can make more videos

Very interesting idea. Not bad at all.

I'd still like someone with really high diplomacy but your idea would probably lower the dc of the profiling and get Wendy a loyalty boost since she could do the kids show she loves AND research high tech stuff at the same time.

This plan has my support. Very clever idea.

...Phineas and Ferb would probably be down to have robo-duplicates made of themselves. Then we could have them all year round with no legal issues.

I realize they wouldn't be straight-up hero units, for both narrative and gameplay reasons, but that's still a pretty hefty Stewardship bonus.

There's no probably about it. They did that themselves in canon.
