Personally I think these are the best plans on offer at the moment. However, between all structure runes and the 0 Hesitance Construction of Rune U plan I like the Rune U plan more.

Master Rune of Brana
A Rune that condenses the nature of the Brana as a Species and Culture into a Concept. Specifically focused upon the Dawi/Brana Symbiosis.
Dawi-Friends, Skyborne who are bound by Oaths and Deeds that link Heavens and Earth, the Above and Below in Unity.

Rune of Flocking.
A Rune that reflects and emulates aspects of Flock behaviour, devised from study of the Brana in Flight and on the Hunt or at War.
Those that follow in flight have less wind resistance and have an easier time making progress in both movement and in combat,
Those that flock can confuse foes by movement and improved coordination which allows better responsiveness to dodge, deflect or avoid harm.



Cloud Rune
Study of Water and Wind Runes together with Weather observations, brought about clarity regarding how Clouds are formed based upon moisture, winds and temperature coming together in unique ways.
A Rune that can manipulate the Sky.
(Not the 8 Winds)
Forming flowing Wind with wispy wet Mists that gather and condense into Clouds.
This can allow improved visibility and mobility through opaque mists for Dawi, or cause the opposite to foes by blinding and disorientating them.
Or mists can be condensed extremely to the point of solidity to form physical barriers or platforms.
Vigorous movement of Moisture can build up a charge to bring about Thunder and Lightning Clouds that can bring down the fury of a Storm from above or bind it into condensed Cloudforms.
Chill can be formed amidst moisture, freezing into shards of raining ice or boulder like weighted lumps to be brought down.
Snowbanks can be formed to impede movement via slowness or freeze into treacherous puddles that are slick to foes
