It does often enough. I'm not sure if all Till n Fills will be spent on things that directly increase productivity or population (and thus productivity), but you can be sure that they'll start ordering those pretty fast. Especially since once their tax rate is far enough below the current 99+% and they start being able to keep more of what they make they'll naturally look for how they can increase their productivity so they make more money.

Also, a lot of things that they'll get for non-economic reasons will also increase their productivity indirectly. Getting rid of that chakra beast that ate your friend doesn't just give you closure, it also makes the town safer so fewer people die, the population increases, and productivity increases with population. Having a courier come by every so often so you can write to your cousin from another town doesn't just provide some entertainment for you, it also increases communication with the outside world, and potentially gives you more chances to order Till n Fills so that if something time sensitive comes up you can have a ninja deal with it quickly enough that less damage is done to the village, thus mitigating drops in productivity from chakra beasts moving into the area etc.

Overall, most of the Till n Fills that people are likely to spend their money on at this point will increase their productivity. Fewer people dying means more population growth which means more people to work. Doing a construction project so the civilians don't have to take the time to do so means they can spend that time in the fields instead. Increasing access to a resource such as water lets the population of a town increase further. And that's all before they start looking to directly increase the amount of work they can do by ordering Till n Fills to make the soil better in their fields.

    • Recreate Jiraiya's "Epic Seal of Awesomeness With A Really Awesome Name That You Have To Say All Of Every Time Or It Won't Work And Also I'll Punch You In The Face, This Means You, Hazō " seal and listen to its message
  • Reactive Armor
    • Dedicate a few hours of Hazou Prime's time daily to working with Kagome on Reactive Armor seals
    • Start the project with low-power training tags that won't do serious damage as proof of concept
    • When Kagome feels it is safe enough, have Kagome don the newest CHAOS suit and spar a few rounds with him to test out its effectiveness
  • Adoption Tickets
    • Get coaching from Mari & Gaku for a meeting with the Amori
    • We have the prime grape-growing land that winemakers like the Amori want, they have adoption tickets that we want
      • If they still have their adoption tickets for this year, we want both those and the ones they will receive at the start of next year
      • If they need more from us, we can offer our land-clearing expertise to help them start growing sooner
      • If they're still hesitating on the deal, mention casually that the Shiho are looking to get into the industry too, and audibly wonder idly if they have any adoption slots
      • Don't settle for less than 2 slots, but leave with as many as Mari thinks we can wrangle
  • Misc
    • Send a Hazou clone to help the skyslider team a few hours a day, finish it up ASAP
    • Consult with the teeth pupper. How would they feel about a freshly forged teeth mold in the meantime of tracking down their ancestor's?
    • Consult with Canoe. How does she feel about being a full-time summon rather than a reverse-summon only?

Having a conversation with Ami seems like something to prioritise, since we want to address this while it's fresh and not let it fester in our relationship!

She's probably one of the top 5 most powerful people in Leaf, and we just had a prophetic dream about how important keeping a good relationship is with her :)
