Gantu was on a ship when it's engines suddenly engaged, and, don't remember which, either the ship's computer or someone else said that the ship would be launched into Evronian Space.

Gantu has no idea he's still on the same planet, he thinks he's in Evronian Space.

It's also comparatively a small issue I mean the entirety of the Midwest just vanished one day and is replaced by a giant pile of garbage Hawaii was suspected to be utterly annihilated make a corporations are taking over the United States a few kids going missing? That doesn't even register on most people's radar

I mean, it makes sense, since the Evronians also extract people's emotions. On the other hand, he really hasn't recognized the humans everywhere?
 
Likely the Monsters are spreading out the kidnappings across wiiiide populations. They have access to every bedroom after all.

Combined with a relatively low number of incidents and the lack of evidence it would be almost impossible to figure out.
 
i Think we should not invest in space develpment any soon. Please. We already have a lot in our plates, with the problems right now. Investing in space programs will open a new brand of problems we don't need.
 
So, so the prophecy.

We've established we think it's Demona, she's got a plan, the plan will fail but it will bust at least the magic portion of the masquerade wide open, within a year. It takes a bit of twisting of how to read the prophecy vs. how it's presented, but ...
I think maybe her backup plan involves making a deal with Toffee?

Assuming that reading is correct, the "far-away princess" is not the ally, but the payment, and the "hearts on her cheeks" refers to, specifically, which princess is being talked about. Toffee sees a lot of himself in Demona, and a lot of his people in the Gargoyles? He offers magical assistance in exchange for Demona hunting Star down?
 
Good to see Gantu's hidden heart of gold still shines through.

Also yeah, this whole thing is basically set up to be perfect for his career.... If he manages this he is definitely getting some REALLY big awards
 
Sad to say, kids disappear every day. Even if someone notices that it's more children then usual ... extra-dimensional monster kidnapping will probably be low on their suspect list.

There are beings that look human in DVV: Space. Gonna just call them human for simplicity's sake, but I'll assume at least some of them are another species.

There was a human in Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go!

The Pirate Confedarcy is one of the closest faction to earth and that's Treasure Planet, which has a lot of human's in it and the Pirate Confederacy is led by one. Maybe. Unclear what race he is, but there were definitely humans in that movie from non-Earth planets.

Hans Reinhardt of The Ghost Fleets of the Black Hole is actually definitley 100% a human being from Earth.

Ponyhead isn't a demon, and tarot readings aren't literal. To put it in perspective, if someone were to be represented by the Devil arcana in a normal tarot reading, that wouldn't mean the representative is a demon. It would just mean that they are a person struggling to break free of a physical or mental addiction or bond that is holding them back. The arcana are generally metaphorical rather than being 1-1 comparisons.

There is also a literal Ponyhead aureole sign if they wanted to be literal about it. I posted all of them a few pages ago.

Regardless I'm going to go eith my standard response to prophecy.

namely ignore them until they start making sense we'll know what it's talking about when we see it
 
I don't know, I think "going on quests to foreign lands will probably help" was fairly easy to understand.

Not everything is clear, but as far as prophecies go this one gave us a pretty decent amount of easy to follow advice that makes sense.
