"Ha ha! It'll take more than that to stop Dennis the Du-"

Buford punched him in the face.

"Mmmpff," Dennis said from behind the fist. While his entire face had puckered in on itself, it only took a second for it to spring back into place.

"I said it'll take more than that to stop Dennis the-"

Punch

"It'll take more than that to stop Den-"

Punch

"...Dennis the-"

Punch

Buford began to pant from exertion.
*ahem*

there you go. reminded me of that.

"I am so sorry kids," Mrs. Flynn-Fletcher said to the assembled children. "I never expected Candace to be such a bad influence."

"But mom, Doofenshmirtz is evil!"

"Nobody's evil, Candace. He's eccentric. All the papers talk about how he's a generous CEO who gives out free meals just for following him online. If eccentricity were a crime, then you would be put away even longer than you're about to be grounded."

Ah, Lynda, the textbook image of the American citizen that's gullible enough to believe the governments propaganda.

"Mom, wait, listen, I can explain. Phineas and Ferb are working with this Pharmacist to-"

Well, look on the bright side, Cadence, if it really is Phineas and Ferb on the city council then you're about to be accidentally correct!

Gotta say, Candace bugged me more often than not. Her brother's are enjoying themselves and inspiring hundreds of people every day with their ingenuity and creativity, and she goes around treating them like spawns of Satan... except rare exceptions. I suppose some people just wanna watch the world burn.

Of course, Lynda on an Alternate Universe/Dream Sequence was upset because what they were doing was extraordinarily dangerous... but that's not why Candace wants them Busted. She's just got this vindictive attitude towards her brothers which has always bothered me.

Now. That aside, wouldn't hiring P&F as interns (paid) be amazing?

So, is Candace going to become a Hero unit?

It would make sense given how we already got one out of similar circumstances, and that this roll was a crit over 100 that only needed a roll over 5, if I recall correctly.

Edit: Now... how good of a hero unit is she? She should probably have a positive trait from doing stuff like driving monster trucks and whatever else she did with Phineas and Ferb, and a negative trait that prevents her from being a decent intrigue hero due to luck, fate, destiny, etc, interfering, as it did when she tried to "bust" Phineas and Ferb.

Personally speaking, it'd feel weird having Phineas and Ferb as hero units.

Also, if truth of Perry ever gets to them...do ya wanna see that loyalty tank?

Federal agents! Some big ugly Russian supervillain with four eyes! Genghis Khan, somehow! That weird creepy witch girl who kept purchasing illegal fireworks!

I suspect that no matter how many times I see it I shall never stop laughing at "Genghis Khan, Somehow."

Also, I think that Janna the Teenage Girl might be my favorite character and I support her pursuit of illegal fireworks.

He only had a couple robots and a washed-up Toon to his name when he started

Hey!

He had many robots to his name, not a couple, and Goofy was only washed up because he fell into a washing machine.

Dennis laughed. "Behold my face to fist style! This is the power of Kung Fool! When it is funnier for you to lose, I-"

Stacey clobbered him over the head with a brick.

"Forgot thaaa first rule," Dennis slurred, stumbling around after the little birds now floating around his head. "Neva ehxshplain tha joke."

You have much to learn Dennis the Duck.

Dennis chuckled. "I'm remembering my mandatory Lessons in Evil from Dr D, and I'm doing the most evil thing I can think of!"

Telling her mom?

Candace glared at the toon defiantly. "I'll never talk! No matter what you do to me, you can never break the spirit of-"

"Candace!" A voice called from downstairs.

Candace's mouth fell open.

"You told my mom?!?!?!"

Nice.

"Mom, wait, listen, I can explain. Phineas and Ferb are working with this Pharmacist to-"
She wondered what Phineas and Ferb were doing.

To be continued in Interlude: Rotate In with the Board of Selectmen

You are more right then you know Candance.

Specifically, no, but it's one of the most likely outcomes given that it would be really easy to have him help that way: "Hey, Grunkle, what does this mean?" Thinking about it logically, Malifishmirtz might do something else, but it's one of the most probable things that he COULD do for us. Not enough to be a substitute for reading the book, but enough to give a bonus or something.

I rather got the impression he wanted us to read the book before bugging him.

Eh, initially it started because what her brothers were doing was legitimately insane and basically every older sibling rats out their younger ones at some point

Eventually it reached the stage where it was absolutely infuriating that their mother somehow never noticed all the shit they got up to, which is pretty understandable

We killed their pet, leaves a bad taste in my mouth to have them work for us. I wouldn't mind supporting them through college or a get out of jail free card or a big favor. Hiring them and then they finding out about Perry will get an insta -XX loyalty. Plus Monogram would maybe recognize them, it'd make things awkward.
