The DC for the KRONOS Hostile Corporate Takeover is ???. It's sure to have a malus due to the Gala and the loss of Vegas to Sinatron.

Oh, oh, MEEEEE! *waves raised hand in the air wildly*

Although Syndrome should be drastically reduced in threat once he no longer has the income of KRONOS to depend on. Still dangerous, though.

How about we do this:
[X] Martial: Assault A Rival
-[X] Sinatron (???)
--[X] Mongol Invasion Of Vegas
---[X] Ghengis Khan
[X] Stewardship: Hostile Corporate Takeover
-[X] KRONOS (???)
--[X] Doofenshmirtz
Honestly I wouldn't even waste time on Sinatron. That said, even with everything going on, Kronos likely still has a VERY HIGH DC. Let's not rush into things before seeing the DC.
To be honest if we do send Khan out to attack, I'd like to recruit Warren Peace to go with him. He needs some structure and Khan has led armies. I'm sure the duo would work out.

But it would have to be an assassination though. I don't want the public to link it to us. I don't care if the other kings find out but I'd rather the public still see us as a wacky pharmacist.
I'd be down with recruiting Warren next turn. He could go on our Superhero team for Hego... Hm... I wonder if we can put Khan on that Superhero team. I mean, atomic genes is pretty much a superpower in itself, and being a revived person from ancient times brought back better than ever does sound like a superhero backstory. Plus, provided we haven't made public that we brought Genghis Khan back to life, he can just use that as his superhero identity and pull a Clark Kent in real life since no one would actually believe someone would be mad enough to bring Genghis Khan back to life.

So the hypothetical line up for a Doofania Superhero Team so far would be Hego, Genghis Khan, Warren Peace, a Dinosaur team pet, and maybe Voyd if we could recruit her. We could call them the Super D.O.O.F.S. AKA Doofania's Outrageously Overpowered Force for Safety. We'd need to work on the Outrageously Overpowered part, but otherwise it's a great acronym.

Unfortunately I don't think Kronos has many shell companies, Insuricare is a separate company that Kronos is very much entangled with, though DevTech might be one though we might be betterment off just buying Kronos if we can

In my opinion the main advantages of buying Insuricare are:

1) It will probably let us know the DC of buying Kronos since the two companies are very intertwined
2) It will give us information on a lot of things that Syndrome was doing and who he has in his employ since all those things are insured by Insuricafe
3) It will reduce the DC of buying out Kronos since it's probably easier to do that when you control their insurance payouts, which on top of the very probable DC reduction from Syndrome being in no position to protest Doof buying his company, the enormous drop in their stock as a result of the gala being attacked, the Omnidroids crashing, Syndrome ordering his robots to kill people on a livestream and Sinatron going rogue and the possible benefit of sending Mirage to buy out a company she is extremely familiar with will probably be a significant reduction in the DC

Kronos doesn't own Insuricare but basically all of their insurance polices, personal or otherwise, are with them and Syndrome really likes them for their anti-super policies

And other than Doof our best Stewardship character is Mirage, who just so happened to be a very high ranking executive in Kronos Industries before she came to work for Doof

Yuuuup. We've got all the building blocks set up for a hostile takeover of Kronos or at the very least swiping things like DevTech. We could then celebrate with that Toon Theater Gala I proposed a turn or two ago.

Man, we're going to have to clear and hold all those freaking tunnels Lizzie excavated. Who knows what/who has set up shop down there?!

We could use them to make a literal underground railroad and underground toontown for escaping toons from Doom's territory. That or just use it as more space to build in. Doofania Underground. I mean, Lizzie's just done the majority of the work needed for building a subway system in Doofania, so why not?

Looking at the glass half full, we have a great head start on a Doofania subway system

See, Mojave gets it! Same brain!

@Shadowhope There seems to be a lot of interest in recruiting Von Drake so that we have another learning hero, probably one with a higher score than Technor. I'm hoping for a diplomacy action to result from our time in Echo Creek, but I think I'd prefer Von Drake to Warren, personally. He has a low tolerance for nonsense and Doofania is nonsense abound.

We should keep chipping away at the DC through stealthy assaults/espionage/sabotage and other methods to continually lower the DC.

If we find ways to lower the DC for ourselves and not others, that also means we are likely to be the ones to actually end up doing the hostile takeover, instead of it getting swiped by Xanatos or Glomgold.
Owning Insuricare is almost certainly one such action, I'm no business expert but it seems to me that it's much harder to refuse the buyout offer of the guy that owns all your insurance policies and, thanks to the company's use of loopholes, fine print and legalese, can refuse to pay out your insurance money, especially when you desperately need it after your company has lost a lot of money

Hell, Insuricare is infamous for their refusing to pay out in cases involving Supers, iirc they were a big reason why Supers got made illegal in the first place

That reminds me, Lizzy and Stanley broke out of St. Canard, right? What do you think are their stats are going to be?

The Tipton name is a joke with the punchline being "they're rich". We are in a setting where half the promblems exist due to characters being rich. The fact that Glomgold or anyone else hasn't felt the need to slap their face on the chain scares me.
Papa Tipton once bought out Iceland because London wanted a skating rink IIRC. Then there was the gag where, London, who happened to be in space at the time, said she could see her house. A dude who was up there with her initially disbelieves her, then goes "Dang, that's a big house". Lodon's shopping trips impact the economies of entire countries. Yeah, Tiptons are no joke. Though, given setting conceits, I guess in this universe that rival hotel chain I remember from a couple episodes won? Or the Big Bad of that one movie who was trying to turn twins into a hive mind for reasons?

I mean, if they are the two involved with those organized crime rolls from the report, one them has, if memory serves, twenty four Martial and the other has twenty six Martial. Also, based on what they've done so far, they both probably have horrible diplo, maybe Stanley has decent Stewardship as I think someone mentioned the future him having his own company, decent/high Intrigue as they managed to keep their presence a secret from us for so long, and great Learning as... well, loom at what they've done.

I mean, judging by how Juniper isn't still working with her mother, I imagine super insignificant villains, or people who aren't really villains but just rivals, didn't win. Or, at least, if they did win, they didn't really gain much.

They stayed hidden so long because we never took the time to look. We were focused on outside intrigue, diplo and intelligence things with a dash of martial.
We never really looked inside.

[x] Attempt communications (These two seem to have more of a quarrel with each other than anything else, you're just caught in the middle. Maybe one of them would see reason, leave town… or even enter your employ?)
-[x] With Lizzie
[x] Attack (Forget about communicating, you just need to attack them! Sure, Shego's asleep right now, but the rest of you can probably do fine!)
-[x] Attack Stanley

Votes over man.

Hm. If we get control of KRONOS next turn, are we going to control the Four And Three Halves State Area? Or is it just the Two And A Half State Area and the DEI Subsidiary KRONOS? (Presumably we're not seceding KRONOS territory since we're trying to cooperate with the Feds right now)

You, thinking about things, Dr Doof has a bit of interesting bit of stewardship, the focus on rebuilding things fast, because of how many times his building got blow up and the next day it was fine.

@Made in Heaven
Let's say we wanted to do a write in:

[] Start building a secret tunnel to Vegas
(St. George to Vegas)

Could we do something like this?

Also, if we continued the tunnel past Vegas, it would probably land somewhere in Doomtown. So it could also serve as a literal Toontown railroad.

Other ideas:
[] Hijack Hoover Dam (technor or virus or something) so it can be sabotaged or siphon power.

Having control over Syndrome/Toffee's power supply could be a great position.
