I prefer either Moseby or Red Feather. Especially Red Feather if she can be part of the black ops.
Red Feather in 2017 Ducktales (She does not appear in '87 ducktales) is a Computer Program. So... this one seems substantially different from anything I know about her already. That said. If she'd be a good fit for Black Ops I'd be fore her, but We don't know anything about her yet. Hopefully we'll get something like Interviews of Doom.

Moseby and Red Feather for me. Red Feather if black ops.

I feel like if she works on the black ops and has a decent tolerance for nonsense she could be a great fit to balance out the more... interesting personalities on the team if we go with Technor, Juniper, and Mezmerella. Basically being the "Mirage" of the black ops team.

Plus in the meantime from now and when we actually make the team, she can be useful as either a diplo or intrigue unit in the meantime so our other units can do personals, like Technor building his body.

Definitely someone Mirage would consider hiring, wouldn't you say? ;)

Neat, though it does make me wonder something about the turn

Does anyone think it might be possible to find clues on the possible high level moles in the story?

The fact that it's high level does make me wonder if any of the Hero Units might be involved with this, especially since one of the Mirage-only intrigue options was to send a sleeper agent in this manner.

Thinking about it, the hero units that I feel pretty sure aren't spies are:
- Mirage - on account of being a POV
- Goofy - due to being there from the start
- Norm - due to being Doof made
- Genghis - due to being DEI-made
- Max - came with Goofy and it doesn't really feel fitting
- Janna - because of how the introduction
- Tom - he got Janna'd into being here without much control and probably doesn't have any connections with rivl companies

There are others that I'm pretty sure aren't spies

There's been a lot of discussion on Discord about how Technor could be the mole.

I don't think the QMs would have given us a mole as the result of a critical success, and at that time Diseased Lunatic of Danville was at Full Power.

Rather than attempt an immediate infiltration, we can insert a sleeper unit into a target company, ordering them to remain a loyal servant and work their way into the corporation- feeding information back to us, and preparing to strike.

Choose one: Assign your hero unit to cover operations (Hero unit will either infiltrate themselves or, if too conspicuous, directly support the operation. Assigning the hero unit will greatly increase the chance of positive events and potentially provide input on their choice, but will lose access to that unit until you extract them, likely ruining the network in the process)

(Reward: Gradual drip feed of information over time, chance of reduced assault or espionage DCs, low chance of infiltrating the enemy's hero roster(!))
Looking at how this would play out (hero joins target company as regular employee, and if we're lucky gets promoted to the hero roster), the obvious culprit is Gomez.

Gomez was sought out by LOVEMUFFIN to poke at magic. He didn't seek out DEI for employment.

I feel like most infiltrators wouldn't be willing to wait for LOVEMUFFIN to hire them.
He wasn't ready to take that sort of risk again, but with the specialist they hired to examine the strange mirror from Chicken Itza, he wouldn't have to.

Meeh, for that he is too much of a "please don´t hit me, Master" kind of toadie - those tend to get overlooked in terms of promotions.
The objective isn't to get promoted, it's to keep someone in the company reporting back. Promotion is a very unlikely stretch goal. If you're not specifically reaching for the low chance maximum payout, someone who will do his job, keep his head down, and not invite scrutiny is a pretty good candidate.

By getting promoted, you normally get access to more and deeper insights into how a system operates - *perfect* for a mole.

We need Moseby.

He is basically the mad scientist version of a manager. He's great with handling crisis and chaos, and could potentially be a great mentor / obstacle for some of our younger hero units to character develop from, and he's eccentric enough to be respected by and has the experience to be able to manage our more eccentric units.

Especially if we're getting the council, picking Moseby probably means he would become our stewardship councelor. And considering our top hero units for stewardship are either heavily specialized or have other stats where they are better used instead of stewardship, Moseby seems like a great stewardship generalist that could help control the chaos of DEI.
