So here is a thought: Indiana Jones is owned by Disney, right? So that means that warehouse full of supernatural stuff could be in this setting. And given in Gravity Falls it is established there is a branch of government dedicated to searching for the paranormal, that means Agent Power and Agent Trigger must know that things like the Ark of the Covenant exists and is on US soil.

NOT TO MENTION, but the alien corpse that was housed in that warehouse that the Russians in the fourth movie stole was canonically the Roswell alien, and in Lilo & Stitch Cobra Bubbles was said to have made contact with aliens at Roswell and saved the world by convincing them that mosquitos were an endangered species. So could it be possible the aliens from Kingdom of the Crystal Skull are part of the GalFed and when one of them crashed on Earth, the paranormal division of, I don't know, the CIA decided that they were going to keep it, the GalFed show up and are mad that one of their own is dead and the humans are refusing to give it up, so they plan on destroying Earth only for Cobra Bubbles to talk them down with his false claim?

If only we still had Agent &%$$. He'd have all the necessary stat bumps to make finding the DoI a cinch. And if it was Gates that stole it, he'd be sympathetic to him and probably help him find the treasure.

EDIT: Also, yes, not having any further action taken on Khan's mount despite the hot debate it generated all those turns ago is ridiculous. We should follow up on that

Since people have been asking and I addressed it when somebody shot us a message about it on Discord, the utahraptor will be added to his sheet with the next set of round updates as a loyalty bonus. It's a dinosaur that Khan sometimes rides on as if it was a horse. While it did generate a lot of debate as to what his mount would be, I don't think the utahraptor option would have severely influenced the effects of recent rolls.

Agent &%$$ has been benched for foul language.

I honestly don´t remember that debate at all.

Someone kind enough to bring me up to speed?

It wasn't too big of a deal I think.

We rolled fairly middling on his get a mount personal and our choices were the Utahraptor, a Parasaurolophus, and a genetic hybrid horse dinosaur.

There were a few pages about which to get and why, but I don't remember it getting heated or particularly vicious.

I remember it got revisited for something like three or four turns where people would lobby for the Mount personal action and endlessly debate over the merits of both the action in general and various mounts in particular. The consensus was to wait for the dino genetics actions to be completed, because people wanted to give him a dino mount instead of a bog-standard horse. It stuck out to me because I was a fan of doing it earlier and being content with a horse, and I participated in that debate to (what felt like me) a significant degree.

Five Stages - Acceptance (5/5)

A long awaited conclusion (and presumably even longer awaited review). Canon and 500XP!

On the Cipher Show Tonight
I don't know why you've done this but I'm glad you did. 500XP, I'd make this canon if I could find even the slightest excuse to. 500XP.

Hrm. Freaky Friday is Disney isn't it...

500XP.

My first omake for this quest. Don't know if this setting has Wander Over Yonder, but I tried regardless.

Lord Hater Standards of Conquest

Always good to see a new contributor, thank you! 500XP!

I was afraid this was going to end up another 'what if we won instead' omakes. But no, it's just hilarious. Very well done, 600XP.

An Omake, from a more just world then ours:
I'm going to be honest, I'm generally not a huge fan of the 'but what if everything went perfect' omakes. You did put effort in though. 400XP.

Why does Hego get all the good omakes? Despite everything, you guys still care about him.

...

I'll have to keep that in mind.

700XP. Oh. And canon.

You have done a great service for a great many people. 700XP and a threadmark in Informational as long as it stays current.

Encounters in the Park
And this was quite well done too! Another 500XP!

Sorry for the long delay in getting these done folks; had to go back through and find them manually. If I missed yours, let me know!

Gomez's stats are up!
Insufficiently Analyzed Magic: Gomez can use half of his learning on an Occult action, and allow you to use half of your learning for Occult actions as well.
Ooh, this seems interesting. Gomez's learning is 22, so essentially +11 for the moment when we use him for occult.

Question though, do we need to use Gomez on the action for the "half of Doof's learning" thing to trigger?

Wooh! 30/34? occult baby!

Summoner's Circuit: +10 to any rolls that involve summoning Divinos
This will go terribly but I look forward to this disaster.

Loyal Toady: +20 (Gomez is happy to do what you say.)
Gomez likes having a Boss. We're going to be his first non-abusive employer.

I wonder if either Coyote's or Juniper's assistance traits can be tagged on to Gomez's. Well, in Juniper's case it seems more clean-cut that it would apply, if she had a working relationship with Gomez (they've had a conversation so far, but that's it).

In Coyote's... His Early Access Dummy trait is more meant for Learning research projects, but Gomez is using Learning, to run Occult research projects.

Early Access Dummy: Coyote may be assigned to research projects as an 'assistant' in addition to whomever may be completing that project at the time. This takes up his personal action for the turn. His personal contributions to the pursuit of science lower the explosion threshold for that roll by 15. Coyote does not add his own stats when acting as a test dummy!

Duet Act: Juniper performs best in teamups. She can be assigned to a national action alongside someone else to provide a +10 bonus to martial or occult, but only if she has a working relationship with that character.

She doesn't have a working relationship with him at the moment, according to the stat sheet.

^No Gomez
Yeah? That's why I added the "if she had a working relationship" part.

That's the dream but I half expect we'll need to get Doof a similar trait.

With Gomez adressing magic with tech, Heinz might follow suit instead of dealing with the confusing bipity bopity. We'll find out in a bit what the case is.
Yeah, I do think we could invest in magitech as a specialty. One of the thread's more common complaints is that Doof has no single area where he strongly specializes, in contrast to all his rival Kings (and despite our continued failure to make moves to corner the entertainment market).

Getting magitech as our Faction's gimmick could be interesting, because the only people we would compete with in that area are the Pines family and I guess Emperor Belos. At this point, we're probably the Faction with the largest intersect between Occult and Learning focuses.

Ahem. Xanatos would like a word.
