I am concerned that whatever person tampered with our personnel records to insert references to a fictional 'superspy' might also be able to persuade the government that he exists, leaving us as the obvious one to take the blame for the fact that he actually doesn't.

For one thing, it settles Kitsune's urge to cause chaos. And for another, I highly doubt the Pirate has what we're looking for. I mean, why would he have the codes? All he stole, as far as we know, are the schematics for the laser. How do we know for sure that trying to track him down for those codes isn't a waste of time?
She used a personal this turn, so Goblin Fox is satisfied (unless I'm misunderstanding and this is so it's satisfied next turn, which fair enough even if I don't think it's really that worth it to attack Beaks)
That is a fair concern, but at that point we're probably better off throwing Alan at trying to remake the codes. He rolls a +70 bonus and going by the existence of Tron he might have some experience with the code.
Plus him knowing we have this might cause him to actually tell us about the cyberspace stuff

This is a write in from you, what would this action entail?
I would much rather prefer to offer them diecast robotics as we both work in robotics and thus it will make a direct impact on both of our companies rather quickly.
I make a prediction that Tom won't be willing to do this, not at all.

I did consider that, but that would mean putting P+F on revamping DoofOS security. And I'm not sure I feel comfortable putting them on that action
A) I got the idea from strategemini. Here's how they explained it:

B) Having connections in the magical community allows us to keep an ear to the ground for Star. Plus, if we ever need to infiltrate magical NYC in a hurry because we got a sensitive tip involving Star, these connections will make it easier. I think he'll be more agreeable when we phrase it like that
I don't particularly see why not having P+F on DoofOS also means that we can't have Alan do the codes? Assuming DoofOS isn't imploding in the rival reports we could probably spare a turn on having Alan do the codes.

Frankly, we COULD have Kitsune do a personal action to satisfy her. But having her mess with beaks would also satisfy her. And honestly... for once, I want to directly STRIKE BACK at someone who has hurt us, instead of just parrying blows. Show the world that managing to get out of town before you're caught does not make messing with Doofenshmitrz Evil Incorporated a consequence-free act! Stop being passive, and assert ourselves at least this one time!

Exactly! Besides, I wanna see Beaks tear his hair out, screaming at the illusionary Doofs to leave him alone and stop bugging him while everyone looks at him like he's a total nut
Personally, I'm leaning towards the codes being a better option simply because if we're lucky enough we can get the Coven next turn and then hopefully the council benefits can help us hit the DoofOS DC. Plus narratively I think Alan's a good choice for it and honestly I want to give the guy a win.

I'm personally still 50-50 on codes being a Stewardship action over a Learning action, but if it is a learning action we could have Wasabi do the Hero unit expansion thing instead.

No idea. We haven't gotten the new DC for it yet, so your guess is as good as mine. Besides, why would creating code be a stewardship action?
Mainly cause the DoofOS code is too. Like I said, I'm 50-50ing on it.
That explanation is wrong. Olympia is still working on that and isn't actually ready for cape collabs.
Die-cast robotics is more likely to get Evelyn to think positively of us

See, this is why Doof isn't a King. I agree with the occasional bout of pettiness, but we need to be cautious. Right now, it seems like we might want to use our Martial action to get the codes. And as for the person saying the pirates might not have it... on the one hand, yes, that makes objective sense, but on the other hand, I doubt the QMs would offer an option with 0 benefit.
Short anwser: No.
Long answer:
Martial: I do not really care about this but Assault a Rival actions have typically had a 100+ DC, even ones that seem easier than what you propose.
Diplomacy: I'm fine with the US stuff though I am still annoyed that we can't have Goofy do his degree. We have three uses of Tom in a year. This would be the third use this year. It is a waste and I am not sure at all that Tom would do it. I could see it happening, but I could also see it not happening. Tom is here to Murder Toffee and/or Find Star, not to further our own goals.
Stewardship: No. Restoring DoofOS security is DC 140, 130 with XP. Phineas and Ferb would be rolling with a bonus of 67. They'd have to roll above a 63 to pass. I do not see why we should do yet another fucking coinflip on DoofOS. The Cape Infrastructure idea is bad as well. Olympia is already gearing up for a Cape Thing and is going to be reaching out to us for a collab SoonTM. It is much better to have Wendy do diecast with them. They make omnidroids after all.
Intrigue: Meh. I'm fine with Tobe doing that. I would rather that OWCA infiltrate Zootopia after Monogram finishes though. But Mirage is unavailable for actions next turn.
Learning: Meh. I'd rather have Janus do exotic vehicles but that's fine too.
Occult: This is the one section in this entire plan that I completely agree with.
Personals: See Intrigue. Coyote and Ludivine are unavailable this turn.

She's already satisfied. She's been doing personal actions for the last three turns. And she has a personal for messing with our enemies anyway, so if we want her doing that we can still use the Martial slot for something else.
I agree with your outrage, but I would rather we not put off code retrieval. The sooner we do that, the sooner Khan can drive our enemies from DoofOS and march on Waddle, the sooner Doof can meet Coffee Java in person, and all sorts of other fun stuff.
