Well, the gate to unlimited power 2.0 is it now within our grasp if everything goes well, so we're officially in the "The Akatsuki must not find us at all costs". We should make an anti-Hidan blood-sense rune, if we can, especially if we're not all day in the sky.
Since we are assigned on killing Akatsuki and Orochimaru is on rift research, does that mean no one is actively prioritizing understanding the Great Seal or repairing it? The priority is lower since all active dragons were wiped and we have free reign to slap more HOWS from time to time, but I just wanted to confirm that this is something we are conscious of. If so, it would probably be wise to give it a biannual health checkup, or however long until our runecrafting is high enough to have a good chance of understanding some portion of it.
If the Great Seal offers us a pathway to sealing away S-tier enemies and then releasing them into a prepared kill zone, that would be a bonus.

He wouldn't. Two runes both trying to tell time what to do seems like a recipe for disaster.
It wasn't just the mass limit; that was just a hopefully clear exemplar of how messing with a storage seal could cause problems. The main issue is that storage seals have poorly defined limits. Do they have a temperature limit outside the range of what's normally possible? Hazō doesn't know. He does know about a certain sealing failure that happened when storage matrices got overloaded with energy. Hopefully the rune would be pushing energy into the storage matrix in a more controlled way, but he doesn't know for sure what would happen if this line of research gets pushed far enough. Accordingly, adding a release check to storage seals would not assuage his concerns.

Should maybe compile descriptions to minimize the amount of time digging through posts.
Force Claws - Seal - One(?) Element - Force Wall derivative, meant to attach to the back of Hazo's hands and project invisible wolverine-esque claws.
STARS (Substitution Triggered Activation Relay Seal) - Seal - One Element - ARS derivative, triggers the paired seal when the STARS is subject to substitution.
Air Conditioning Seal - Seal - One Element - Cooling Seal derivative, cools the air around the seal instead of a discrete object.
Ninja Radar Rune - Rune - One Element - Based on the chakdar, has a minimum threshold of chakra usage in order to flag. Massive range.
