On Thread Etiquette:

I'm not going to weigh in on the logic of either side's arguments, but I will ask that everyone read over what they write and really consider if the words they used are polite and won't be inflammatory intentionally or not. You cant account for people's tolerances perfectly but at least try to say your piece without saying things that can be easily construed as overly dismissive of the other side of the argument, thank you.

Please endeavour to be cordial. :^)

you would have gotten a lesser version of a mystical stew pot that could feed an army and revive the recently dead/dying if you had crit on the second loot table. Yes, I feel comfortable saying that. #Loot #Magic
Question? Does that mean, if we did discover how to try and get one, and if, if, we discovered what it could do, would it have anyone that died, be turned mute for a month afterwords?

I may have worded that badly.

So there's the original Stew Pot, the ?????? of the ????????. Whose bounty was said never to run dry, who could make the weakest man into a mighty warrior with but a spoonful of its broth, so bountiful as to be capable of feeding armies with ease, and reviving the recently dead at the cost of their voice for four turns of the moon and vision for seven.

The crit for would have given you a lesser pot made in its likeness. Not as effective, but with abilities that tried to mimic it.

I want to give more stuff to Karstah, but the blade is just too tempting to pass up

[X] [Corpse] Give some to Karstah.
- [X] The whole corpse.

The Shard Dragon wiki page says they were domesticated by dwarves using runecraft, so I assume that's the opportunity being presented to us.

I want to fight Ku'Gath.

[X] [Blade] Give it to Karstah to study.

[X] [Corpse] Give some to Karstah. Karstah gets a portion of the corpse, she will use it for something. A fitting reward for your heir you reckon, and admittedly you wanted to see what she could do with it. While the contents of your vault are technically her inheritance, she must ask you for material, and you certainly don't plan on dying anytime soon. This would be wholly hers to do with as she wished.
- [x] The whole corpse. You have enough already, let Karstah see what she can create from this.
I mostly just think she'd actually use it at some point within the next century. Bonus points though, that it will also be cool.

Won't be too disappointed if Karstah gets the sword too, but I... Just want to poke it XD

Master Rune of Arete:

A HUNGER RUNE SET!

-Rune of Fourbears: So long as one wields a blade that holds this rune, gain strength and speed to cut true- magic withering, armor shearing, flesh parting.

Like me grandpapy used to say when facing those four chaos accursed bears: 'Cut Through!'

-Master Rune of Accretion: Any note worthy feats accomplished while wielding the weapon that bears this rune shall be bound into the weapon itself, an echo of the act bolstering the weapon upon similar future endeavours.

Slay one great wyrm, and you can slay them all.

-Rune of Hunger: Imparts vitality proportional to the level of conflict encountered. From keeping besieged defenders bearing the rune away from its namesake to bolstering that small circle of shieldwall stay just a little more sturdy in the face of what is likely certain annhilation.

-Rune of Praxis: Unknown hostile phenomenon encountered by the bearer of this rune becomes familiar to a degree. Depending on how close the current knowledge base of the bearer of this rune has towards the subject in question, it can let a Runelord ground what would have been a fatal casting of magic they were at the time unprepared/unknown for. On the other hand, a warrior wouldn't know how to counterspell that same casting, instead he would likely get an accurate read on where to dodge.

A rune of fairness, the first steps to make an uncaring universe care.

No opinion on the campaign, but AP hell is AP hell and Karstah deserves goodies to learn what AP hell means.
