I mean, putting another King in play whose only outside contact is us would be a priceless investment.
We would, but that would require a hero with a trait like Jumba's that will help us with this specific task or at least making it less likely to rely on exploding dice to succeed.

Unless we almost hit the DC, it doesn't usually reduce difficulty. If we want to decrease the DC, we're better off doing AI research, since that's the only action we have that's plausibly linked to The 19th Lord of Uranos Kingdom's Tempest Domain, Drossel Juno Vierzehntes Heizregister Fürstin von Flügel.

This isn't an action like the personal ones where you can accumulate a score. you have to get over the DC to succeed.

Khan is our Captain America, Technor Iron Man, Lizzie is Ant (Wo)Man, and Tobe is a rather eccentric Hawkeye. It works out well. And the Resistance are such low hanging fruit that they're great for Lovemuffin, and hopefully being taken out by mad scientist rejects will appropriately humiliate them into cutting that out.

REASONING

Martial


It is a good time to do the Resistance action as currently there is nothing really urgent going on and other options are much better to be done when Temujin got an upgrade on his personal action and when we finished the Adaptive Anti-Cape AI for any Norm upgrade. The reason why we should sent Max or Vanessa is to use their In Crowd trait to get the maximum benefit. The trait is not for the boost in Stats, but for the nature of the trait that would make Max more relateable to the resistance as they are of the same age. Hero units like Temujin, Coyote, etc at best will only have the resistance shut up and leave us alone. With Max or Vanessa however there is a chance of the resistance telling us a usefull information like where the Devil Girl is or have them join us outright. Vanessa however may not go on this action thus Max is the one who is going.



Diplomacy

Not only would this frees up Goofy to have him focus on his degree, Technor is also suitable for the job. The City Council description said that we are going to add an assistance robot to the council. Then who else is more fit for it beside the robot with specialty in Psychology? This way we could also have Technor take a look at Princess and gave her some valuable experience and advice in dealing with hostile malware.



Stewardship

Develop a new social media platform is the best place to assign Coyote as he is a Toon who is naturally a master in entertainment industries. Choosing the Develop a new social media platform this turn with him will not only be the start of us competing with ENCOM, it will also show the general populace that employing Toons actually provided results without us actually have to respond to Doom's Slander and looked weak by being seen doing Pro-Supers action by mere propaganda. Meanwhile having Janna excavate chicken itza is for the boost Felldrake provided in doing the auction and to have his willingness to talk about Xanadu Quest. Finally having LOVEMUFFIN set aside money for the auction. Normally I am going to get worried on letting them handle money, but the DC for this is zero.



Intrigue

These two option has been sitting around for so long and this is a good time to choose them to hinder our enemies operations. If we expose Hawk then Doom will land on a massive political scandal after his mass press that would have his Diplomacy Hero run around doing damage control, interrupting his Anti-Toon propaganda that he is doing, making the general populace question his earlier speech, and having whoever it is in L.A with him have more chance on pressuring Doom. Meanwhile we really should go take a look at whatever the hell is up with the Drug Ring as they are just bulldozing everything in their path. Having info on them also will be a good gift to Shego once we reached out to her next turn. Russ will be on Hawk as he is more familiar with L.A and was the one who found Hawk in the first place while Tobe can go investigate the Drug Ring to have his 'proving his worth mission' his Ninja Origin should appreciate.



Learning

Dino Domestication and Adaptive Anti-Cape AI is for removing Jumba's Hungry for Science trait, and to open up options that would improve the new Social Media Coyote Make with Dinosaur entertainment, give Temujin his new Dino Steed and search further into betterring the AI system for Norm.



Occult

The least important of Occult action. My plan involves all of the occult Hero assigned elsewhere and this is the only thing that wouldn't backfire horribly if we failed it.



Personal Actions

Doof
: We need to finish making up with Roger and finally have Occult Stat. I at first want to make the musical, but some prefers to have them when we make up with Roger so that he could enjoyed it and maybe even take part of it. Chat with the Bossman is for Doof to know what's up with Janna's extreme reaction to Toffee. Browsing also maybe will brought something nice to our attention as well.

Goofy: We need to know what his secrets are and the best way to do it is through making Goofy get his degree and then have him reveal it through Chat with the Bossman. It has a clear goal of only needed to be taken three time to finish while the other personal action is Vague. I am pretty sure that Mickey and Pete action would lead us to another Search Quest that more likely than not only have us found a bigger clue like what happened in Peru while Gardening option more likely will land Goofy a trait related to it.

Genghis Khan: Temujin is due his incorporation with modern times. I at first want him to study science and technology to remove his negative trait to make use of his full stats on certain actions, but after Ludivine revealed that she is a better choice with her traits I chose to have Temujin better his living condition instead. This would also give Temujin a place where he won't need to be worried on Gary duking it out with his eventual steed.

Francis Monogram: Better finish the reorganization so that Monogram could be more usefull.

Dennis: Dennis need a Master to began the true path of mastering The Kung Fool.

Hego: Hego is a Super. As in someone Doom is saying we didn't care about? Having Hego doing good deeds on the street will show the populace that Doom statement is false and that we actually had Supers active in our territory. Coupled with Hawk being exposed.....muehehehehe.

Mirage: Many reasoned that we should take a look into how the Supers will react to the situations. Having Mirage do this in her personal action will free us up to do National Actions with more pressing matters while at the same time seeing how the Supers are reacting.

Vanessa: This option is most likely similar to Norm's follow Father around option and considering that Doof is basically helping organize every Hero units on National Action, I want to see can Vanessa help's Max through this or not. Thus having the two most likely Hero Units suitable to deal with the Resistance on the job at the same time.

Queen Lizzie: Studying excavation tech should let her have easier time building escape tunnels. She also had just get out of prison to be something usefull. Let's not get her mad by forcing her to socialize.

He has his toe. Meaning all that he surveys on Skullbania is his. Meaning there's nothing to stopping him from having a foothold on Earth.

The people's only hope is rumors of a resistance on Earth, but it honestly sounds too good to be true.

After all, the Shadowsteppers are in hiding, the barbarian clans have scattered to the winds, and Drool somehow bested the two toe guardians on Earth.

The deuteragonist of the series Fangbone! Bill Goodwin, I found the show on the Disney wiki.

So yeah at the start of the series he's in third grade (Basically 8-9 years old) but he's a wizard with a friggin huge tome that could teach Skullbanian magic.
Potential bad news is that the magic expert of the show Twinkle-Stick told Bill '200 years to read the whole thing, 300 max'.

BUT taking into consideration Skullbania is basically a middle ages magic death world along with barbarians being a good chunk of the population (Assumed low literacy rates) I'd assume that it's a Skullbanian estimate.

Another thing is that according to Twinkle-Stick apparently all gingers have magic but it needs to be awoken, though it could be bias (He was ginger) or he's wrong.

Anyhow whether Fangbone! gets used, what characters would be available, and which would consider working for Doof is something else.

Also how much of a presence on Earth Drool actually has because of other transdimensional parties is also another matter.

Last thing to mention is Fangbone! would have Martial, Intrigue, and Occult in spades through the barbarians, Shadowsteppers, and how openly magical Skullbania is. At least that's my assessment.

@Black.Horus DM has confirmed the "In Crowd" trait only applies to Diplomacy actions, not a martial one.
I am not aiming for the boost in stats the In Crowd trait provides, I am aiming for the nature of the trait that would make Max more relateable to the resistance. Beside the only ones we can send beside Max is Hego and Dennis.

Hego I already sent out to raise the flag that Supers were operating in Doofania and between Dennis and Max personal actions I think having Dennis search for an instructor is more beneficial than having Max bond with Goofy now as Bond with Dad action would most likely only raise Goofy loyalty by 5 for several turns. Not enough to reach 50 to consider Doof a friend thus I prefer Max doing something productive for us with chance of having more rewards and doing Bond with Dad action during Goofy's final degree action as in three turns from now.

Investigate drug ring has risk of offending Shego (not sending our government agent makes it better, but still not my prefered choice)
Plus we have until the end of year to deal with it (since we crushed crime in our territory for one year duration)
If people really worried about crime in neighborhood territory, I'll recommend [ ] Spy on your employees action.
1) We can check if something wrong on our end of toon road (Let's assume that criminal elements in LA use it to pump criminals in our territory. Since for now we don't have organized crime in our territory, it's plausible that they will find temporal work as cover, until they can build sufficient presence. Spying can check for it.
2) Same for drugs.
3)Also possibility of finding hidden hero units.
Alternatively I can get behind Investigate Toffee, or Wing the Hawk actions.

That said, how about we also toss Genghis Khan at them as well to put them through a boot camp, to increase their Martial score as well. That way, LOVEMUFFIN would be able to take on higher DC actions with a reasonable chance of success, or at least make sure they don't whiff the low DC actions.

I don't think there's anyone in our roster that have secrets that could be revealed during day to day life and while I am at it, why do people think Shego will be offended with us investigating the Drug Ring? They are literally beside our territory so we have the rights to be concerned about them as they have been developing without any resistance and I just couldn't see Shego Of all people having a hand on Drugs Trafficking.

Hmm...reading the description it looks indeed like we were going to have overall check on our organization. I am aware of losing the Robo Hawk supporters and I can't argue Shego matters as the only think to discuss further about it will rely on assumtions. Regarding PR campaign regarding Doom however we don't exactly doing it. We are just doing actions that will show the populace that our actions like recruiting Toons is actually with a purpose and could show the results about it. The presence of Hego in our area will also refute Doom's claim about us to some degree. The only thing we are actively doing againts Doom is exposing Hawk and the reason for it is more of preventing him from continuing his own campaign. The guy had doing PR campaign for two turns now and I don't think he will stop soon.
 
I'm torn on the Investigate LA option.

I think it's important and we probably need to know what's going on.

But I also think it has a really high DC and we might want to do something else with a better chance of success instead of potentially wasting a action.

And the only way to know if we can do it or not is to just go for it.

With this I don't agree. Next turn we possibly complete our council, which most likely will improve our rolls. We can do something with Hawk, to learn about what he knows, since he already tried it. We can form black ops team with good intrigue stat. We basicaly have tons of available options for preparing for it, but people still want to zerg rush LA crime.

I do believe we should do the social media action. Not for the Doom stuff, but rather to ramp up in the burgeoning OS wars with ENCOM. It's a fairly easy action to take, with plenty of potential direct and indirect benefits.
 
About expose the Hawk option: even if we did expose him, Doom might not going to ax Hawk for his dirty laundries exposed if his stats are good enough for ECOM to competing Doom for him. At most he will have Hawk get a vacation or some other personal options while the public heat dies down and attention shift to something else for Hawk to be back if slightly more cautious then before if Hawk didn't get caught by the government, public or ECOM in the meantime to removing him from Doom for a long time to permanently.

I wonder if Hawk is double-dealing with Doom and ECOM at the same time?

That's a pretty damn good idea. As it is right now, they're nearly useless, so they could really use some stat boosts.

I wonder if the Disney adaptation of George of the Jungle is around. Mostly because I like the thought of recruiting a wild man.
 
That's a pretty damn good idea. As it is right now, they're nearly useless, so they could really use some stat boosts.

I wonder if the Disney adaptation of George of the Jungle is around. Mostly because I like the thought of recruiting a wild man.
Considering it was mentioned Up was placed under Classic for matching Classic's themes of adventure more than Gridlocked's themes, I would imagine George of the Jungle could possibly fall under a similar circumstance of being an "exception" to the time rule.

George might be dead? He does get shot in the movie after all. Though as I haven't seen the movie and only read what's on the wiki... Maybe a depressed broken hearted George is out there thinking about Ursula being married to not him. Ape would fit right into Doof quest as a talking animal.

Alright, explanation time. Here we go.

Resistance is a slam dunk no matter what, thus no Heroes are assigned so we can get the most out of their Personal Actions. City Council is to finally get two actions, with CJ plus Goofy to give it the best chance of success. Social Media is an income boost plus helps fight ENCOM, Chicken Itza is magic and an income boost and a way for us to get ready for Xanadu. LOVEMUFFIN is setting aside money because the sooner we do it the better off we'll be for the auction. Investigate Toffee because it's one of the least risky Intrigue Actions we've got and it should synergize with talking to Janna this turn. Mirage on the Super Scene because she should have some relative experience there, and the whole thing with Doom and Olympia means we need to pay it more attention now. Anti-Cape AI because we want to rush the AI action chain, and Dinos for Jumba's trait. Tarot reading because it's the easiest Occult action we've got.

On to Personal Actions. Spellbook to get it done, Roger to hopefully recruit him as a Hero Unit, stories for slight P+F chance, and Janna for Toffee. Khan gets a social security number because we'll want to send him out to Xanadu. Monogram keeps chipping away at reorganizing OWCA. Dennis searches for a sensei so that he can become even more swole. Hego manages Bueno Nacho to keep his secret identity intact, but I wouldn't be averse to swapping him to Good Deeds. Psychoanalyze Stanley to hopefully get him recruited soon. Max bonds with Goofy because Secret. Vanessa shadows us to hopefully expand what she's willing to do or raise her stats, also some nice father-daughter time. Lizzie does excavation because gib tech plz. Tobe and Ninja search for a sensei to train them, may or may not be going along with Dennis.



And just some actions I noticed that might go well together if done on the same turn but didn't want to choose this time:
  • Wile's trapmaking + Tobe's ninja training = Training ninja by putting them through whatever traps Wile can come up with?
  • Mirage + Monogram Matador de Amor: Might binge watch it together?
  • Jumba talk with fellow evil scientists + Ludivine's Instruct your Coworkers = LOVEMUFFIN getting an actually decent Learning score via the combined effort of two actually competent scientists?
  • Goofy Online College + Ludivine instruct your Coworkers: Might help by giving Ludivine a framework on what to teach Goofy?
  • Lizzy Be Social + Doof's Talk with Bossman + Ludivine's Instruct your Coworkers + TECHNOR psychoanalysis: What do you mean we shouldn't focus this much effort on raising Lizzy's Diplomacy score?
  • Genghis Studying + Ludivine Instruct your Coworkers: Get Genghis up to speed faster? We already know that Ludivine is able to teach Khan well from how we first met her, after all.

Should coyote do the acme delivery one to (potentially) help with the castle next turn?

And can we do national actions without assigning a hero to them?
