Thanks @lbmaian, tracking this stuff down is a bit of a pain.

So I'm not sure if this counts, but not long after the vote, @anon_user slightly revised her design here to trim the build time down to just 2 years, at the downside of extremely slight reliability and evasion hits, and refitability room is arguably a wash (more power available, less weight room for some subsystems).

I had updated mine too in the post above that, just for parts commonality.

We should probably have the Betazoid Patrol Cruiser crew somewhere in battle reports, and the Ked Paddah Almud frigate crew too.

More intel stuff:

Cardassian Fleet Strength (2310.Q1):
You should also consider listing the Cardassian shipbuilding budget that was reported at this time ("Ghosts of the Future, Whispers of the Grave - Epilogue")
Total Shipbuilding Budget = 340/250

Bird-of-Prey 2266-2310 [192m, 200k t]
C4 S2 H5 L3 P3 D4
Cost [20br, 120sr, 2 Years], Crew[O-1, E-3, T-1]
K'tinga 2270-Now [246m, 500k t]
C3 S1 H6 L4 P2 D3
Cost [50br 50sr 3 Years], Crew [O-2, E-4, T-1]
Last I know of, Oneiros was considering nerfing these - dunno if he followed through.
I've definitely been considering nerfing them. I think the D7 is about right, but the BoP should be nowhere near that durability in hindsight. I'd probably actually be more savage in my cuts on that, although I'll compensate Rommie fleet numbers a little to go with it. The K'tinga's durability does need to drop, though just how far is the question. Minimum -1 H+L.

12-15 additional berths completed 2316
5 Separate Shipyards totalling approximately 12~15 berths currently under development - Complete 2315.Q4
Two of those shipyards were completed by 2315.Q1, and we know where there are, the number of berths, and the minimum size of those berths:
Starfleet Intelligence Report

Admiral,

Indications are strong that two of the under development shipyards Cardassia is establishing have been completed. One is at Karadoc, the other at Cardassia. Both shipyards consist of a pair of Jaldun-size berths. The other shipyards should complete within the year.

Dutifully,
Commander Tabhria Palanna, Supervisor, Office 34, Starfleet Intelligence

Central Fleetyard @ Cardassian [3x1200kt+]
nit: Cardassia, not Cardassian

This should also be listed somewhere:
GBZ: Cardassian Strength Report

2 Kaldar
~10 Jaldun
2 Takaaki Sci
2 Isaamu
4~6 Takaaki Cmb

Auxiliary
8 Cargo Ship
4 Freighter

2 Passenger
4 Engineer
4 Prospector
2 Colony Ship

Aranyak (Starbase)
67 Gabriel (Starbase, Defences)
?66 Gabriel (Outpost?) - Mining Colony
?77 Gabriel (Outpost?) - Mining Colony
?45 Gabriel (Outpost?) - Mining Colony

Huh, I actually did intend to provide the Almud crew cost, but I accidentally cut it off.

Spiny Mouse was a desperation build for minor houses to contribute with. Vulture, from memory, was the old frigate, and Lizard was the modern frigate.

Jackrabbit was the houses major cruiser, and Sandwormwas the capital used by the Inperial Navy.

(From memory while on lunch break)

Edit: Vulture not Culture, goddammed autocorrect

Weirdly, some of the major houses field Spiny Mice too?
They were desperate too!

We have ship classes for most of them.

Is that really their service's name?

It's either that or the Risan Hedony Flotilla.

Risan Fellowship of the Minimally Chill

Is that really their service's name?
I don't have an official name for them yet, sorry :D
It all started during Grey October, when Oneiros posted that the Risans, to their considerable surprise, had discovered that they have a High Alert condition.

From there, I speculated that the Risan fleet has a sort of inverted form of our alert status, with Minimum Chill corresponding to High Alert, Moderate Chill to normal operations, and Maximum Chill to a condition Starfleet has no word for.

Fellowship of the Minimally Chill. I like that.

Risan Spacer:

"Yeah, the name fits. I mean, we have a sense of perspective and all, we know how to be happy, we are happy. But we're active happy. We're busy, we're jetting around at a thousand times the speed of light, we're out there in the wonders of the universe. We look up, down, around, and sideways, we think, we plan, we organize, and we're there for the things people need from us. We're high on life, and we like it this way too much to stop and vegetate. We are... minimally chill!"

One sentence description of each of the services that do not yet have a full write-up:

Andorian Guard - Once Andor had a warrior tradition like that of the Amarki, but now it is preserved mostly in the annals of the Andorian Guard.

Tellarite State Forces - We don't practice military traditions, we practice military science.

Vulcan High Command - We are "high command" from the days when only commanding the orbital heights could truly control a war-torn Vulcan.

Betazoid Defence Forces - The Defense Forces were born to fight the specific threat of Betazed being colonized by certain rogue trading houses.

Risan Fellowship of the Minimally Chill - Clear-cut, disciplined, eager, and polite... what about the military is not sexy?

Rigellian Defense Forces - We are the correction of the painful mistake of attempting to leave defense to private enterprise.

Caitian Grand Fleet - Though the stars themselves burn to ash, never will we forget our oaths.

Indorian Congressional Fleet - Our most classified document is "the list", a triage list of Indorian assets from the first to be sacrificed to where we would make our last stand.

Apiata - We fight for our queens, or as you would call them, our mothers.

Honiani - For the god-emperor!

Ked Paddah - The paradox of our service; sometimes being imprudent is the only prudent course.

Just an idle comment from viewing the ship lists at To Boldly Go Ships & Deployments

Just looking at Starfleet design cruisers.

Assuming that link is up to date, we have 1 Renaissance class cruiser complete with 5 more under construction. Our members and near members have another 12 currently being worked on.

United Earth is building 3, doubling their number of cruiser hulls (currently 1 Constitution-B and 2 Constellations). They will probably be looking at Frigates next, as after their losses in Licori space, they will have the same number of hulls in both Cruiser and Frigate lines.

Vulcan is building 1, along side their first new build Constellation-A (their other cruisers are 2 Constitution-Bs and 3 Constellations - I assume as the originators of the design, they will be upgrading to Constellation-As as soon as they can afford the materials/berth space).

The Tellerites have 4 Renaissance class hulls under construction, that like the Humans, will see a doubling of their Cruiser force (currently 1 Constitution-B and 3 Constellations). This will give them the strongest Cruiser force of the original four.

Andor has 1 Renaissance under construction which along with their 3 Constellations gives them the smallest Cruiser force of the 4 original members. They do have the biggest Frigate force of the original four though.

Betazed is building one, intending it to serve as their fleet flagship.

Indoria has their first Renaissance under construction, marking their entrance into using Starfleet designs.

Caldoria has their first Renaissance under construction, having purchased the plans off the Andorians, if I recall correctly.

Andorian Guard - The most militant of the original four, for over a century the Andorian Guard was first to join Starfleet in the fray against Klingons or Romulans. (O Andoria, We stand on Guard for thee)

Tellarite State Forces - All enduring edifices must begin from solid bedrock. (The debate society got out of hand)

Vulcan High Command - Without passion, fear, or favour. The few who enable the many to thrive. (The most brutal 3-D chess competitions imaginable)

Betazoid Defence Forces - We promote the peace and serve the peace. (Smallest fleet because they cannot get away with anything in budgetary hearings)

Risan Fellowship of the Minimally Chill - Alternatively the Risan Warp-Drive Enthusiasts Club. (Wo/men in uniiiifoooorm, ooh, they look so cold, ooh, they feel so warm)

Rigellian Defense Forces - Professionalism set aside from mercantilism, a trusted institution in Rigellian space. (Ideally the best defence money can't buy)

Caitian Grand Fleet - It takes four years to build a fathership, but four hundred to make a tradition. Never sacrifice ceremony. (Do you like my epaulets?)

Indorian Congressional Fleet - Forged by conflict almost until the point of Federation contact. Hard-bitten, hard-nosed, hard-fighting (and hard to understand when they talk about their ships' souls)

Apiata - When scent of war stains the skies let every hive of good faith to their mothers cleave. From every hive a swarm, and to every Queen a duty owed. (*angry buzz*)

Honiani - Lakhept! Through service you burn the unclean from your heart, through our murals and cathedral ships, we clear the unclean from our sight. (Be glad this is a spiritual journey atm)

Ked Paddah - Above all else a shield for their people, but also a light reaching out to others. (Also a light to make sure you aren't doing anything reckless)

Despite the initial "war shock" reaction, they seem likely to have benefited from the Licori War. They got to show they're actually good for something, with one of those fancy new Centaur-As seeing the first real action of the war intercepting a frigate headed their direction. (Probably lots of solemn 'who knows what they were planning' commentary.) They got Starfleet's help to put together a Patroller refit they've probably been wanting forever, and then it was validated by the Caldonians wanting to buy the design from them. Seems like it's a good time to be whomever is in charge of the BDF.

I'm pretty sure the captain of the Harmony DOES know what the crew of the Bold was planning. I just couldn't write the story that way, because I the author don't know that. :D
