I'm not going to weigh in on the logic of either side's arguments, but I will ask that everyone read over what they write and really consider if the words they used are polite and won't be inflammatory intentionally or not. You cant account for people's tolerances perfectly but at least try to say your piece without saying things that can be easily construed as overly dismissive of the other side of the argument, thank you.

We're going to have Snorri's beard frizz up again, just like when we made the armor for the King of the Skies! All over!

It's going to be a MESS!

Also, Creations of Note and Standing and Favout have updated, but I'm not sure what changed.
Creations of Note just got some punctuation/grammar-equivalent changes. Stuff like where the [ ] are placed got moved; their location of where they are placed on Combos. So it went from [Makerstrike: Conduction, Smednir, Thungni] to Makerstrike: [Conduction, Smednir, Thungni]. A few periods added here or there , etc. No real changes, just some tweaks and spelling stuff.

As for Favor, well, our Kraka Drakk favor got lowered by 50 as expected.

What I wasn't expecting was that our Cult of Valaya favor got increased by 50. I guess they were really impressed by what we pulled off.

However, there's also...
Our Adamant increased by 2 again, naturally. (The Thundergem and Thunderoak stuff got added to the unknown stuff in the Vault. That was already mentioned of course, but, since we were on the topic of the Vault. =/)

However, check the Runes list, specifically the Armor runes. We've found out what the things Dolgi made were. Or at least, their combos.

Combo, Wyrrakdrengi: [Master Rune of the Tireless, Rune of Impact, Rune of Speed] The bearer can launch themselves forward at incredible speeds, forming a Gromril hard ice spike at a desired point on the armour.
Combo, Zharrkazad: [Master Rune of the Infernos, Rune of Fortitude, Rune of Vitality] The bearer can spew a coat of flames around themselves that improves their regeneration, heals minor wounds and burns their foes.

Also, I think some of the [] and period tweaks are done in the Runes List as in the Creations of Note threadmark too.

Also technically, everybody's ages were incremented up by 10, like usual. Though that's more of a "yep, this part got updated to the new decade" standard thing. Still, I guess hooray -- Snorri's just 20 years away from being 900 years old.

... Actually, thinking about it... how old is the Hearth Guard now?

Age: Group Formed c. 193 A.P., 30 Years Old by Dwarf reckoning

If they were formed at 193 AP, and 223 was at the start of Turn 32 rather than the end, then... by the end of Turn 32 it should be 230-something AP and they should be 40 years old right?

Wait, just had a realization -- @soulcake did the Hearth Guard also get hit with the time delay function? If so, how old are they as an organization now? They should be like 40 years old by the counting of their founding in 193, but they lost subjective age same as everybody else at Karag Dum so... I suppose the individual Dwarfs of the organization lost out on increased beard-lengths, same as Snorri; though the age of the organization as a whole... who knows.

It is an achievement of your lifetime by the reckoning of most dwarfs, but yet the glittering white, purer than the freshest snow on the most isolated Mountaintop, stays in your mind. There is more still.
- [ ] Brotherhood Expertise: [Cost 10 favour] Gain 1d2 progress. Can be taken multiple times and without actions. Call upon the expertise of the Brotherhood to aid in your research.

[ ] The Rune Metal Pt. 1b: [Cost: 8 actions] Student of the Odd and Soul of the Earth will proc. Grungni is the only dwarf in recorded history to have the skill and talent to make Gromril into a fine chain. While lesser than plate, Gromril Chainmaille can at the very least, make a dwarf even more difficult to kill for comparatively less cost, and there are of course other uses for chains of such size. Of course there is also the prestige in such an achievement.

accident. they were added post draft when I was putting it in the turn. Ty ty.

Holy crap, that's amazing. I thought they may have been boosted a little bit as thanks for the help but not a flat 1:1 ratio.
 
We would have excellent chances of blitzing through Rune Metal Part 5 if we put forth 3 actions and all our Brotherhood Favor, not counting
- Standing 5, Letters among Peers: Chance to proc extra progress when doing Material Science research.

and a 50% chance if we put forth just 40 Brotherhood Favor.
 
Sounds like a plan to me, as much fun as it is to hoard this stuff...I feel like it's counter to Snorri's character not to make use of w/e he can to advance research to be as efficient as possible.
 
Many schedules have been written by different people. That doesn't mean anything is ever set in stone. And in this case, no one thought of the Brotherhood assistance which would dramatically affect those schedules/
I've put up a few for rune metal both for the main and chain. I've been advocating for the chain lately cause the favor disappeared from the turn list but now that it's back I'm all for one turn of just finishing off part 5 to see what happens before trying for chain and to keep going if it seems worth it.

Zeus on a popsicle stick, Dolgi. Yeah, that would do it for legendary deeds. Wonder where the ice comes from though?

Probably from the Brana themselves. Given that these were for the two Princes AFAIK, as direct scions of the King of the Skies they'd have greater measure of power inherited from the King. Which includes ice, lightning and power over storms. I'm guessing Dolgi somehow managed to find a way to channel the innate power of the Brana via the runic armor

I asked and it's an error, give Soul a sec to fix it. it was supposed to be Blizzards instead of Tireless.

I feel like there's value in actually leaving that to see how much Kraka Drakk's progress bonus procs for those mats. If they just finish over time on their own that would be helpful and we aren't slated to make anything that could use them for a while anyway.
