Somewhere, kyubey is watching. Kyubey also not appearing a lot, even during our talk about magical girl.

[x]Try bringing her into telepathy.
[x] Maybe we should heal your arm just a bit, Hitomi? A small burst each day at lunchtime would make it heal quickly but should still be explainable.
[x] Start walking to the hospital
[x] Mami? Homura? Do you want to help heal Kyouske's arm today?
[x] I kinda don't want him to know we're magical girls though, so maybe we could blindfold him or sneak in and heal him tonight. Either of those sound okay?
[x] To Sayaka and Hitomi: "I'm less comfortable with revealing magic and all that to Kyousuke, since I've barely met him at all so, can you take care of that? Tell him that magic's real, and we're helping him because he's your friend?"
[x] Heal up Kyouske's arm until it's time to leave. Sayaka, Hitomi and Madoka talk to their friend.
[x]If he's awake, tell him there's just one condition for this. We're healing him largely because Sayaka and Hitomi are his friends, and him being stuck here's bringing them down, so don't just forget about what your friends did for you once you get out of the hospital, okay? Just talk to your friends. That's all we're asking.

Ehhh, that last part seems fairly vital and is about as blunt as we can get without screaming in his face about it...

Honestly, Sabrina seems more like a Clark Kent than Bruce Wayne anyway. :p

It does seem a very blunt thing to say unprompted to someone we have never met before.
Yeah, that's somewhat intentional. We definitely don't want the guy to like us, and we want him to get the hint. Previous drafts were somewhat more tactful, but this is a case where niceness might not work in our favor and we want to get the point across. We have actually talked with him before, briefly.

Of course!

I'm not clear why him liking us is a bad thing, but I appreciate that this plan plays to our our social strengths.

Minor meandering comments..

Seems a bit rude to just start walking off when she'd asked us a question. Perhaps it can be rephrased a bit?

[] "Well.. I supposed we don't have to heal it all right now. Maybe just a little bit each day at lunch?"
[] Get people up and moving to the hospital again.
[] "Anyway, for Kyousuke... I'd rather not have to tell him about us being magical girls, but it's kind of hard to avoid while he's awake, what with the magical glow and everything. Are you comfortable with him knowing this secret? Or do you have any suggestions as to how to go about it?"

Speaking of magical glows being obvious... Why don't we get him an appointment for an MRI, and then fix his hand when everything is sealed up and he can't see anything?

We don't want a repeat of the Homura healing timeline awkwardness. Just cover our bases a bit and being a bit scowl'y while getting across what we'd like.
... We're spending pages planning being off-putting and awkward in order to prevent a boy we see once every fifty posts from fancying us enough to be off-putting and awkward? On the basis that he would be into Homura if she played mysterious saviour?

I have been skim-reading the discussion, but I thought we had some ulterior motive.

We don't want a repeat with us as the starring character. :p

We want him to get healed, not be a problem, and for him, Hitomi, and Sayaka to sort out their mess in a way that results in everyone happy and having tea with Mami afterwards without any contracts or other sadness out of it.

He had a crush on Homura.
Moemura, and that's why we're using a group.

No, no, no. That's not how it works, you ignorant person.

[q] Disguise yourself.
-[q] Put on a pair of very thick glasses.
-[q] Grief make hair extensions.
-[q] Slouch.
-[q] Frown.
-[q] Get super baggy clothes.
[q] Get surprised when you get instantly recognized.
-[q] Curse the fact that you forgot that the glasses should change your apparent eye color.
-[q] Be oblivious to the fact that you're the only person around with long white hair.

Or go the Bakemonogatari route: Groucho glasses for Mami, Hawaiian t-shirt, shorts, flip-flops and sunglasses for Homura. I don't think Sabrina would even need a disguise at that point, but a white lab coat and frizzled hair would not be out of place.
