So, conjecture warning, we should plan around him coming back on Monday and, depending on Hitomi's decision-making, an ultimatum the same or next day being a very real possibility.
1. Sayaka made her Wish knowing full well what she was getting into in regards to the Lichbomb this time around, and just as importantly didn't Wish to help Kyosuke. She thus should not have the same hangups regarding being inhuman and selfishness.
2. Hitomi's read in on what's going on. I doubt we'll be getting any big ultimatums from her.

While this is not a complete non-issue, I feel it's not going to be the snowball it was in the original series.

Because there's bad and then there's BAD

Yes... but the answer is kinda already clear. It was bad enough to get nuked, and for Val to be banned from the thread. Now, let's drop this, shall we?

Going back to more important matters...

Do you think Sabrina will get the urge to go trick or treating out of nowhere?

Fun fact that made me think of this thread: in 2012, a scientific study concluded that microwaving was, in fact, the optimal way to prepare tea. So Sabrina is just a year or so ahead of her time.
I know you are making a joke, but I still feel the need to point out that they concluded that it is a better way to get catechins out of your green tea, not that it is a better way to make tasty tea.

Edit:

Come to think of it, I wonder what motivated those researchers to do that. Perhaps their own version of thread madness? Settling an old debate?

If she dyes her hair brown and gets a gaudier trenchcoat she could be Seto Kaiba.

Okay, once we achieve world peace we're inventing a magical children's card game. Or maybe we'll invent a magical children's card game that leads to world peace?

Seto Kaiba had his flaws but he took over a multi-billion dollar arms dealing company, switched it's business model over to producing a children's cardgame, was so successful he revolutionized several scientific fields in the process, replaced all methods of settling disputes with said cardgames, and became so wealthy he basically owned a majority share in planet Earth. And also accidentally converted several alien races to the trading card game gospel? Kaiba should be our newest role model.

replaced all methods of settling disputes with said cardgames,
I always found it very funny that he basically went on a successful quest for world peace in his backstory.

The entire series is basically just the epilogue of him convincing everyone to stop fighting.

(From what I remember, I only ever caught a few episodes on TV and then clips later.)

Well yeah, this exactly. Just felt obliged to point it out, because Sayaka is kinda bad at this whole... stuff when it concerns herself.

Kaiba should be our newest role model

Kaiba found a way to get himself into the afterlife to settle a grudge match.
This man is stubborn enough to give reality the finger and smart and driven enough to make it work.

Of course he's a good role model.
