The removed part is kinda strange. I mean, we've certainly been considering that kinda weirdness, but I wonder just how far we'll cause Hitomi's eyebrow to ratchet up if we say that and then shortly after tell her to tell him that magic's real and we're helping.

Though I would prefer to just tell Hitomi about the healing normally, then try to use telepathy (and have time to give a more proper explanation for it) on the way to the hospital. Comes off as more fluid, and a bit less awkward of an opener but it's not that big a deal.

You know, Homura basically admitted to abusing time stop in order to patrol around and kill Kyuubey. She's probably done it at least once or twice during the current conversation with Hitomi.

The form of a purple, doll-like humanoid rose out of Homura's body unbeknownst to all present (save Sayaka, who merely gawked open-mouthed and wordlessly), and quick as a wink rushed off to promptly drop-kick the albino carbuncle clear over the river with a mighty "HOMU!"
'Whoever . . . whatever you are, thank you,' Homura thought to the strange figure as it returned to her side, a rare smile on her face . . . though, the sudden sensation of a tomato splattering upon her head dropped it back into its customary scowl.
