I think it's been mentioned but if someone started to mess with demons or dark magic I bet they would need to be physically held back from charging them to beat the crap out of them, alone if they have too. Those guys are crazy.

Note the context of this scale of phases.

It is entirely external and a representation of what our neighbors see. I doubt they see much of our priests going nuts over disease as that is an internal matter, and Bronze/Iron age info transfer is shiiiiiit.

NO. The only plans for making it "better" I've heard require us to give them more power and involve them more in our political system. They all ignore the fact that they're as awesome as they are specifically because we haven't done those things. What we have now is worth too much to risk losing by trying to change anything.
 
I want a massive centralized double-main grain storehouse annex at some point inthe near future. I don't trust the capitalists to not make smaller storehouses and overproduce for profit leaving us vulnerable. This would cement the King's control over the economy and keep prices low at home if not nonexistent.

You know, looking at the time everyone was writing in haiku it actually didn't seem that bad. Everyone was so concise on what they were saying that there was no major arguments as far as I could tell.

Ah, but to change nothing is still to risk what we have. Our priests had their work cut out for them to debate with the third-hand arguments of the Txollans. How will they preserve our values and culture from the Thunder Speakers?

More science/magic, more Prestige, Influence Subordinate for practice, and keep Religious Authority up without going into Yellow. If you think the only way to keep our values and culture is to risk ruining our priesthood you're wrong.

I would prefer to upgrade our Palace Shrine to a full Temple before doing that, because a Temple devoted to the King's Adviser(Mythmulnin) sounds like a good idea.

I meant more along the lines of pushing new gods up as they are needed, refining the older gods like Crow into something more elegant and appealing, building more temples to have them service the kingdom, stuff like that.

Political power is not the only way to push a religion forward, after all.

And letting a religion stagnate because it is 'good enough' is Rule #1 on the 'Do not let religions do this' list.
 
I personally think that the future Palace expansions should be:

Great Hall Expansion,
Storehouse,
Library,
and Arsenal (Academia Nut implied that special effects may happen if artisans work near the government and warehouses...)
