Reminders on those saying that the True City refund will fix Econ Expansion:
-Census costs 0 Econ and refunds 0 Econ slots.
-Econ Overflow will give us Order of Execution on the refund until we have 21+ LTE, we have 19 LTE.
-We have 4 Econ slots
-There is still a climate crisis, which we aren't bothered with, but history says we'd be taking another 2 minimum intakes of refugees.
And it would make narrative sense to take Proclaim Glory and Restore Order when we start the Law, right?
The problem is that there are too many laws for refugees to understand properly...so you aren't legislating the problem away. You're just making it more complex.

I currently have the next mid turn marked down for Stability recovery.@veekie Wait, @Raichu1972 just brought up a good point. We plan on doing the Law Next turn correct? Would it not make sense to buff up Stability now in preparation of picking the best options?

It's just making things worse. It's a kneejerk response to make the law more complex and perpetuate the issues for now.But we're doing the Census! I'm begging to use one of the Secondaries to help. It won't distract us from getting the census done and doing the law. It's not papering it up, it's a band aid, and it means a lot less people have to suffer. A band aid until things are fixed with the census and law are good. The things I suggested won't merely cover up the issue, it will directly reduce it. It won't reduce it permanently, but it will reduce it, and it doesn't have to be a permanent effect, just until the census and law are done.
