It's possible that Survey Lands could be a decent choice as well. We know what tin looks like and its value, if we find some we could trade it in the lowlands and break the monopolies some of the other civs have on it. Otherwise, this vote seems fine for now. Not entirely sure about the Fyth choice, leaning towards Matron a little.
