Main Restore Order, Secondary War Mission, Change Policy - Megaproject Support
@Academia Nut If we stop doing the megaproject but switch to megaproject support the same turn will the provinces do it in our place?Main Restore Order, Secondary War Mission, Change Policy - Megaproject Support
i like that if it works im all for thatChange Policy - Restoration? Might get us to 3 stability, which our maxed out diplo, art, and possibly martial might turn into a golden age
Do the Ymaryn have sports? If so, what are they?
I do indeed. You mean TH, as the TS have basically been turned into semi-slaves (even if they haven't been wiped out yet)
I like this. Gives us a free switch soon, and provides a minor amount of guaranteed war support.Main Megaproject, Secondary War Mission, Change Policy - Restoration
On the surface that seems like a good idea, better than mine, but I worry that our provinces won't willingly choose to do Restore Order. Oligarchs are not known for fighting corruption, the snake may be one of them or among them, and the provinces don't have the authority to enforce order across the kingdom with their warriors. Also, can I counter you with:
Main Megaproject, Secondary War Mission, Change Policy - Restoration? Might get us to 3 stability, which our maxed out diplo, art, and possibly martial might turn into a golden age. Lol nvm diplo will b crashed to 9 + 1 = 10; art will be -1 so @ 13. Still, we'd be able to switch it around soon enough.
It's basically confirmed yes, but I think that having 3 available actions from the provinces helping is worth more than having 1 extra available action ourselves.@Academia Nut If we stop doing the megaproject but switch to megaproject support the same turn will the provinces do it in our place?
Mind if I ask why? As far as I can tell, we've seen nothing but problems by becoming more militaristic.I'm torn - I would like for the People to be more militarily active
I'll be honest and say that I don't know how much this event can be considered to point toward corruption rather than toward low centralization and negligence. On the surface that seems like a good idea, better than mine, but I worry that our provinces won't willingly choose to do Restore Order. Oligarchs are not known for fighting corruption.
But we'll have sussed out our traitor (hopefully), and we'll be fighting a war where we're not the clear aggressor, which is probably better for our culture.Probably not. In ~75% of cases we'll now be in the same position as before (war) but without a march helping, and minus 5 diplomacy that would normally be overflowing into our other stats.
Well, somewhat. They did try to make us support them in a lowland war by force. You know, right before they went 'holy shit Law-geas'.
not support them just to engage in inequal trade practicesWell, somewhat. They did try to make us support them in a lowland war by force. You know, right before they went 'holy shit Law-geas'.
I imagine we don't have formalized sports at present, only training games for warriors to exercise without getting bored
@Academia Nut did mention that on Balanced policy the provinces will take an appropriate number of war missions against minor raids when attacked. If there's still war, then our provinces will likely send a war mission or 2 (as our policy is balanced right now), so we could feasibly continue the Temple and do a [main] restore order.
