So maybe
[Main] Grand Sacrifice
[Secondary] Change Policy (Megaproject Support)
[Secondary] Expand Economy

I need to run the stat math to be sure, but I'll wait for the main turn update (and official econ slot numbers) to do that.
From my math, we have 5 econ slots now. If we do this, we'll gain 4 and lose 2 leaving as at seven. Technically, we could replace expand econ with any noneconusing action, and be left at 9, but 7 seems good enough.

Advisors don't know.

They think at the very least it will crack down on tax evasion type smuggling and the like and make administration easier, which should have secondary improvements in how other crimes develop.

Blackbirds aren't that great in urban environments yet, although they're also the only warriors with even remotely the right training to deal with the situations.

Go out and make sure that people are in fact following the law.

Honestly, if not for Trails being capped by Centralisation, I would be all over Enforce Law here.

Should Alabaster and Silver go here or is this more for practical materials?

Mostly practical materials, basically your engineering materials list.

could we get econ slots on the stats page? It's a lot more relevant to manage now.

Yes, I will be reworking a number of things.

I honestly have no idea how that happened. Brain fart.

Also, this appears to be the decision.

[X][Temple] Sacred Forest
[X][Clan] Make clan adoption rules better able to handle situations
[X][Law] Restrict access points (Main Build Wall)
[X][Diplo] Send missions to the west (Secondary Trade missions to Hathatyn and Metal Workers)

Hmmmm... yeah, whatever your plans were for next turn, chuck them out. You guys have a preternatural knack for picking the worst administrative decisions.

Damage control time. Do we let the provinces handle the temple and tackle the issues ourselves, or do we hope the provinces and our 2 secondaries are enough?

When the admins tell you that they prefer things for simplicity before the invention of the printing press, maybe you should listen to them.
I voted for the simple option, it's not my fault everybody went "oh no! gerrymandering will occur and ruin everything! We must destroy the aristocracy if we can".

This threads hateboner for any sign of social inequality is actually leading to it punching itself in the face.

Bravo guys.
