Anyway, also to say that I'm still around, if mostly lurking, and following the arc with interest.
I'd be surprised if there wasn't one already. But yeah, that flip is much more immediately dramatic - not just greater contrast, but also because the characters are older at this point, and because the butterflies are more strategically located. Honestly, even at 42 BBY, you could well have ended up with Qui-Gon dead just due to butterflies. Though presumably the Force would guide him differently if Obi-Wan wasn't there.

Okay, we apparently added FORTY omakes to our total.
We've long since hit the cap for Turn 28, and we'd already added 9 to our count for Turn 29. Given that there are only 22 actions in Turn 28 (= cap of 44 bonuses), and we've never added more than two additional actions in a single turn, our Turn 29 cap will almost certainly be 48 or less. All that to say:
We've hit the omake cap for the next two turns, before this turn has even wrapped up!
For the record, @Teron was responsible for 27 of those omakes over the last 28 pages. @Barondoctor contributed 4 omakes, @Killerflood contributed 3, and six others contributed one omake apiece.

A part of me wonders if I should just automatically assume at this point that the Omake Limit will be reached for every turn in this quest.
Anyway:
Introspection is a fun ride after you've nearly died. Canon, +10.
You know, this is the first time I had to use the wiki to confirm facts about the canon timeline. What kind of world is this?
Also I agree with the sentiment that this quest is a Frankenstein-esque mishmash of canon and the old EU...and honestly I'm kind of terrified that I've managed to somehow make it work. Mostly.
Er, anyway, I've got no objections to canonizing this. +10.

That happened to me a couple of times - the Malachor stuff was when I first noticed it, because I distinctly remember going "holy shit I actually wrote this didn't I?"

Nah, there were two. First game you make your own character, and do the whole Cult of Ragnos plotline. Second game is a prequel where you play as Katarn after losing his force connection from the original Valley of The Jedi plot, and hunt down a rouge Jedi and his apprentice (who goes on to be the big bad of the first game).
No im pretty sure that Jedi Academy came out after the one your talking about, as it's the fifth in the Jedi knight series.
Starts with Star wars Dark forces, Then Jedi knight Dark forces 2, Mysteries of the Sith (which was an expansion for dark forces 2), Jedi Knight II Jedi outcast, then Jedi academy with the ragnos plotline.
First 4 all had you playing as Kyle Katarn (though you played as Mara Jade for a bit in mysteries of the Sith)

The games are: Dark Forces (Kyle Katarn as non-force using Rebell Agent vs Dark Trooper Project), Dark Forces 2: Jedi Knight (Kyle Katarn vs Jerec), Mysteries of the Sith (where you play Mara Jade), Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast (Kyle Katarn vs Desaan and Tavion Axmis) and then the last game in the series was Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy (Jaden vs Tavion Axmis and the Disciples of Ragnos)

Jedi knight 2? I could have sworn it was academy 2. Or, wait, someone might have been dumb with the names since I think the other was Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy. That and they were both under the academy pair on Steam.
