Glad to see people are being considerate to not spoil The Last Jedi. This one kid at my school got to see the pre-screening for The Force Awakens and spoiled Han Solo before it even released.
My righteous butthurt has never ended since that day.

Even better in quest terms, it's helped give me ideas for both the immediate and far future. But anyway. That is all aside from a general PSA of DEAR GOD GO SEE IT RIGHT NOW
I really wanted too.

FUCK YOU SCHOOL AND FUCK YOU EXTENDED PROJECTS AND COURSE WORK...

I suppose monday isn't too late...

Also in the vein of KOTOR!

FUCK YEAH

Mandalore Politics As of 20 BBY (Canon Info)
Mandalore - Situation
New Mandalorians: The new Mandalorians have for the most part arranged themselves with the existence of Jango Fetts Mandalorian Guardians. His speech during the Caamas Ceasefire, the controlled leaking of the plans of the Death Watch and Jango Fetts role in their destruction, the regular interactions between the Guardians with the New Mandalorians (since nobody wants to isolate themselves out of stubborness) and several other details also eased a lot of worries. There is still some worries though as having a publicaly acnowledged Mand'alore with lots of recruits is not considered a good sign. At all.

Mandalorian Guardians: Jango Fetts Mandalorian Guardians consists mainly of younger Mandalorians who were inspired by the historical passion of the Mandalorians and various moderate Mandalorian Warriors who were in opposition to the Deathwatch. The guiding principles of the Mandalorian Guardians are a further modified version of Jaster Mereels (Jango Fetts predecesor as Mand'alore and his superior until his death at Vizlas hands) Supercommando Codex, which ensure moral and honorable behaviour from the Guardians.

Radical Mandalorians: Distatisfied by the Mandalorian Guardians current unwillingness to try to restore Mandalore in the way THEY envision it, but also cowed by the destruction of the Deathwatch they for the most part are either employing a 'wait and see' approach or buggered off into the rest of the Galaxy. One notable exception is Bo-Katan Kryze and her followers who had a 'talk' with Ciaran (surprisingly actually Zam employing some initiative for the sake of Jango) backed with a lot of data, testimonies of the Death Watchs backstabbing and creative savagery, the likely results of any kind of Death Watch success (aka. just tempting to be rubbed out again while going down in history as crazed barbarians. AGAIN.) and by poiting out that they now DO have a Mand'alore who supports the warrior culture officialy. It caused her to actually join the Guardians swiftly and Ciaran (still Zam) also arranged for her to talk with Satine in attempt to fix their relationship at least somewhat.

Well, I had alluded to the situation on Mandalore being somewhat stable with the factions having arranged themselves with each other in 'canon' omakes. Decided to go into some detail there and Zam being allowed to disguise herself as Ciaran occasionally was too good a opporturnity to pass up... besides as Jangos longtime partner and 'kinda girlfriend' (and Bobas 'kinda mom') she likely has a better idea of the situation on Mandalore than Ciaran herself.

Edit: And there was a semi-canon omake that also had Bo-Katan join Jango.

I'm rereading the quest and I just realised that Nihilus actuality speaks in the same format as the interference that Anakin encountered when he saw-unsaw Luke in the vision.

I always just figured that he was talking in the Black Speech.

And yet Scion understands him perfectly. Nilhus isn't so much a person as his own power consumed his body. He is literally just the mask and cloak held together with his will, any talking he does is through the Force and since he's a abomination in its eyes it would make sense that most people can't understand him.

I'm going to lift up the curtain and say it's not quiiiite the same thing. He was in fact talking in his..."language." This is different.

Hey Snarky, if Ahsoka does for some reason end up leaving the Order I have the perfect quote from Thrawn to empathise with her (that and the voice is nice and relaxing):

Your QM has just seen The Last Jedi! I will not be a jerk and spoil anything, but I can safely confirm that it is a great movie, and definitely deserves all of the high review scores.

Because someone with as much weight as the GM is saying this, I feel like I should respond.

Two things you need to know about the Last Jedi:
1. It is immensely enjoyable. I watched the movie myself and it is a seriously fun and enjoyable film. You'll certainly have a good time watching it.
2. It's similar to Phantom Menace, in that it's very enjoyable the first time you watch it but afterwards it becomes clearer and clearer that it suffered from several major flaws. It's not much of a stretch to say that it's Prequel-tier in terms of quality, maybe around the level of Revenge of the Sith. It is certainly worse in quality than the originals and Force Awakens.

the controlled leaking of the plans of the Death Watch
What plans?

last jedi is kinda meh for me.

seemed like a dragged on "do nothing" for majority of the film. not counting a few choice moments.
