So, nobody wants to try to smuggle instruction from Dandelor to Jaron/Jaffur in the hopes that one of them still has access to enough sorcery to break the seal themselves with the proper knowledge? Their sorcery has already screwed with the seal once, and with their mother unaware of their capability she probably hasn't accounted for it in the design.
That'd require letting Jaron in on the secret, which is a pretty huge risk given that I don't think we have any idea how he'd react to it, and even if he reacts positively and doesn't tell his parents/panic, not to mention we'd have to make sure none of the people watching Jaron hears us teaching him. Heck, even if we do manage to teach him in secret, that still doesn't mean he can actually practice without being discovered by Dandeer or any of the watchers.

Hey, can you link me the section where Kakara uses Sight to find out how Jaffur's seal works? It's referenced a lot in this chapter and since I'm mostly reading out of order (this is at least 15k words already, sue me) it's hard to pick up on it.

We know that his minders can be as much as a mile away, and there has already been talk of introducing some basic ki training to her group of friends, which is going to look an awful lot like magic to them anyway. At this point we don't have an option which doesn't involve massive risk, and at least this one is one they have zero suspicion of or preparation for. It's not as if boys aren't known for keeping secrets from their pathologically overprotective mothers.

Still, if we can talk with Jaffur we can explore the limits of the Seal. Maybe we could act as proxies and teach Jaffur Sorcery, or get Jaron in the act and get him pissed off (maybe if he goes Super Saiyan or removes the Masque himself it'll bring Jaffur back?).

I'm not sure how it works (because magic) but I'd be unwilling to assume that we can simply remove the Masque without completely destroying Jaron. We don't want that. Jaron exists. He is a person, and we do not want him to die.
If the Masque is shattered, it is entirely likely Jaron will die.
So we need to find a way to study the effects of the spell (which will require our Seer abilities, almost certainly) to create a plan of action with the aid of a Sorcerer.
So yeah, let's NOT get Jaron to suicide by SSJ.

I certainly hope that said talks went something like "That would break the masquerade, it is super ilegal, extremely hard to hide even before we knew we had minders and would totally tank us for an entirely unnecessary risk" because otherwise I will grow extremely (read: a bit) concerned about Kakara's future. Like, it is kind of our job to enforce the masquerade? Why did that even come up anyways? It is relatively peaceful on Garenhuld and with the amount of Saiyans on the planet and their PL, if they need to rely on their training then they are f***ed anyways. I could see why it would be useful with Jaron but with him constantly under watch? Bad idea.
We don't know if we can talk to him though. I mean, it could be that spirit walks allow us to talk with him but it could also be that they don't and what we saw was a visión of what was happening in his head rather than us being inside of it. The Seer talents are about gathering information but it says nothing about transmiting it with the notable exception of us talking with Gohan which I am not sure applies here since we were both spirits at the time.

I'm not certain that merely teaching humans about the basics of ki actually, technically, qualifies as a violation of the Masquerade. It hasn't happened yet, and probably for good reason, but it's not quite the same as blazing down a street at Mach 3 while shouting "LOOK! ALIENS AMONGST YOU!"

Also, by double body switch I think they mean making Jaron and Jaffur alternate between being the dominant personality? That's how I interpreted it, I mean, I might change my vote if I'm wrong.
