This time, there is no vote, but I want you all to chat among yourselves. Year 6 begins next time, and I want you all to discuss what your plans are. What do you want Kakara to achieve, moving forward? What do you want to do over the short term? The medium term? The long term? What constitutes those time spans, for you (this in particular is important; is short term a year, or a month?)? What is the most important thing? The least?

Get Multiform up to Exceptional, finally. We've lost 3 actions not doing this so far. Ideally this happens early in the year, so any further time-loss shenanigans are mitigated by our new MF clone.
Make use of our current status as Most Popular Garenhulder Alive politically, in both Human and Saiyan spheres.
Mind Delve, with a focus on protection
A whole bunch of fun ki stuff to relax with - Elite Ki Sense, research projects, New Tricks, etc.
Drama Club
Finally find out how magic works
Those bloody invaders
Medium Term (2-5 Years)
Free Jaffur
Deal with shitstorm after that, from Berra and also getting Jaffur's position stable

Hanging out with Dazarel is pretty important if Kakara wants to reform him. Interacting more with the Sayian society since it got commented upon. Learning about magic from the sorcerers since it serves dual purposes: A) Learning about the breadth and limitations of magic. B) Thanking to the sorcerers for their hard work to win their favor so that when Kakara finally unseals Jaffur it won't split the Sayains as sorcerers VS everybody due to backslash against Dandeer.

And finally perfecting Multiform. Not for the extra actions or combat power, but rather on the hope that once Jaffur is unsealed Karkara can teach him how to create one perfect copy in a crippled form of the technique (Like Berra did for mind delve) so that Jaron could have his own body.

Why not? It literally can't be used against us effectively without a majority of Saiyans rebelling, in which case we're all screwed anyway - and looking at why they're rebelling is a more pressing matter. Having more Genki Dama users as backup for us - or able to charge it up for us while we're using all our bodies to fight - is a good thing, seeing as it's our only defence against anyone significantly stronger than a Golden Oozaru.

Also I'm pretty sure it'll be political gold, so doing it in a few years when the hype around our achievement is starting to die down will help keep it at maximum We Love You Kakara levels.

I think we should try to learn mental defenses from Sensei. It seems very likely that Seers have unique methods for protecting against a Mind Delve and also likely that Sensei knows Mind Delve. I'd guess we can learn from him without tipping Dad off for these reasons, and it doesn't have the infohazard potential of being around Dad and mind delves at the same time. Who wants to bet that part of learning it is being subjected to it a couple of times?

Seriously, let's not screw up the conspiracy this close to finishing it.

At FPSS we have 1125 million power level and since the average saiyan has 2 million power level, you would need less than 1000 saiyan contributing to match us. That is less than 0.5 % of our population. A single House might be able to match one of the royals as long as they train and a member knows genki dama. If it has more than one house, that user might be able to take us all at once.

I think Poptart said Sensei doesn't know mind delve, iirc. It is supposed to be a really obscure technique and not that many people know it. Grandma does since we just saw her use it in the fight.

Besides this, the genkai dama draws energy from the planet itself and the other nearbye planets if levelled enough. Sure, the close planets are dead hunks of rock, but it's still enough for a Frieza-killingmaiming Spirit Bomb. And King Kai said you can even get energy from the Sun if it is out at the time.

I'm now picturing an Oozaru-fuelled Spirit Saiyan Rebellion. It would be glorious were we not the ruling class.

Yes, but this ignores the fact that 1) ours is bigger than theirs unless they have >50% of the saiyans, and 2) Genki Damas are slow. We beat Dazarel by hiding it behind sorcerous wards until it was ready (and then absorbing it), but he wasn't much faster than us after taking into account the whole Telekinesis trick. As soon as we detect an unauthorised Genki Dama charging up (and we will) we IT over there at full power and wreck whoever's trying to charge it before they can inhale in surprise. This is not a real threat.
Also, vague advice is still really very helpful - and if the entire Saiyan race knows that advice, then 1 or two of them will get lucky within the relevant timeframe. Just explain that they aren't allowed to give the secret away.

Freeza was a scrub with a power level of <200 Million, given that he got beaten by a brand new SSJ. And if getting power from the Sun relies on it being visible from where you are, you're presumably getting energy from the light, not the Sun itself - maybe you can't reach that far (and thus to other planets) without a high enough PL/Ki Sensing?

Still, it could always be worse. The actual site of the impacts looks exactly as you'd expect from a fight featuring the kind of power you threw around. There are massive patches where the grass has been stripped from the dirt or the dirt has been stripped from the bedrock. Immense impact craters litter the ground. Massive scars mark the earth where Dazarel and the Oozaru grappled for dominance.

It's a blasted hellscape now. Really puts into perspective the energies a fight at full power can unleash.

Well, short term, make sure the (literal and metaphorical) fallout from the fight with Dazarel causes the minimum possible disruptions. Everybody felt that.

Medium term, we've got the alien army to deal with, and immediately after that is more or less under control, we should try to focus in on dealing with the Seal.

Priorities for training: Mind Delve for mind shielding (with Apra, preferably, who can read our mind more or less consequence-free). Tien Style continuing.

Perfect Multiform research if we can fit it in.

Spirit Bomb practice may not be possible, much would depend on other parameters including how or if we can limit our "draw" to a specific group of individuals rather than spamming everyone on the planet with an energy request.

Transcendence (elite ki sense) may have to wait a year; we can't get it ready in time for the aliens, so it isn't that high on our list of priorities.

If Berra sees Jaron as just being Jaffur but with all his 'bad' tendencies sealed, then I imagine it'd be a lot harder to change his viewpoint than if he sees Jaron as a completely separate person.

Very no. Three hundred years ago and Charlemagne would have fit right in. Aramaia is a superpower by Garenhulder standards, but it's only moderately more stable than Yugoslavia was at...well, basically any portion of their history. You might remember Kakara commenting that people identify more by their towns than by their nationality. There are some trade languages, but by and large international trade is dependent on local or highly-trained interpreters, who command high prices.

Uh, I wasn't planning to train others in its use. I was planning to train us in using it more optimally. The problem being, well, it's not an easy technique to practice since at a minimum you need a large cooperative crowd and more realistically a large cooperative planet.

Also, if two Spirit Bomb users are drawing from the same planet the interactions might get... weird.
