I genuinely don't know enough about Jake Long to parse what this means for his series. If he's dead, or imprisoned, or just hiding away, plus whatever the Huntsclan is currently doing.
Heck, even Shendu would be useful to have around, because he notably doesn't want the Earth destroyed and wants sole rulership of it. He'd likely be willing to help take down Bill and Toffee (even if he'd immediately switch sides and start begging for mercy whenever it looked like his side was losing).

Hmm. On one hand, I'd say zilch since we've already built a portal to there, but we did forget all about it. Might depend on how we roll and who we assign.
Poor. Second Dimension Doof hasn't had nearly the same pressure to upgrade his armed forces, and while Cyborg Perry the Platypus is a huge bonus they're also really the only hero unit they seem to have, besides maybe a handful of learning drones. Given the size of the portal from the movie and the chokehold it acts as, I'm not confident they could even beat our Doof, much less the world. There's also the question of if they would turn on Quest!Doof, considering most of the reasons from the movie don't apply as much or at all.

False. If Stacy found out about Perry's identity before all of this, an event which took place after the 2nd Dimension incident, then it happened. As far as the QM has made clear, everything that happened in Phineas and Ferb was the same until the incident that killed Perry the Platypus. So, the movie happened.

I mean, by design Charlene isn't exactly available to help him out as an active duty hero unit, since due to several convoluted reasons they pretend to be divorced. As for OWCA, they aren't modelled as Hero Units in their own right here, although I suppose they might be one as a collective even without Monogram rather than EG a PMC-esque role. It's possible he also has OG norm as an active duty hero unit, or maybe Vanessa, but I wouldn't naively expect it.
We had permission, he's not dead, not more evil than normal farming, not evil, not evil.
In terms of actual evil acts... Spying on our employees last turn, freeing Jumba, keeping Bueno Nacho running, Crush Owca. I think that's it. Maybe some stuff at the heist, arguably.
