Do you think that they would not be able to be tricked by Xanatos mr Intriuge is Yes himself?

and he has revealed to them an entire planet of magical creatures to kill The legitimately want to wipe out the human race. They are going to be busy for decades.

Dude i have an idea if they are not with xanatos, why don't we push them towards toffe and mewni and let Toffe and phobos war get more complicated. and we don't have to fight them

Crack idea 1: since Max is the one who lit the candle, the recognize him as their new "master" and obey his every command
Crack idea 2: Janna and Felldrake overwhelm the witches with their magical might and cow them into submission, which makes Janna the head witch and lowers the DC for forming a coven

"Hmm." You think for a moment. "I don't have any big needs at the moment, but if I ever want, I dunno, two hundred strands of unicorn hair or something, I'll give you a call."

Brockamas leans in very close to whisper. "Who told ye about tha unicorns?!?!"

Well…

There was green alligators and long-necked geese
Some humpty-backed camels and some chimpanzees
Some cats and rats and elephants, but sure as you're born
The loveliest of all was the unicorn!

So question not related to the candle:

Has the dimensional traveling object jumped to priority number 1, or are we still mainly after Encantus/Tailsmans?

#1 is not how it works at all. Like, at all. They would drain his life force and otherwise ignore him.

Also, as this is "Disney Villains Victorious"... are we sure that they just... aren't already resurrected? Or that they weren't executed in Salem, preventing the rest of the movie from happening? I mean, it's entirely possible that, instead of rezzing them, lighting the candle just sent them a psychic/magical message that goes "hey, someone lit our candle".

If that were true, it wouldn't be something significant enough to be a random event roll.

The Magus Bazaar (where you are now) is from American Dragon. Too late to bring Brockamas up as evidence of that show being present here.

ah so it is.

honestly it's been years since I've even heard of the show so I didn't recognize it. And I've only seen speculation onit maybe being a part rather then confirmation.

edit also holy shit it's 10:30 where I am and we have over a hundred people here.

The Sanderson sisters -- Winifred, Susan and Mary -- are the main antagonists of the movie Hocus Pocus. They are a trio of witches who, after using a potion to suck out the life force of a child and turning that child's brother into a cat, we're captured and sentenced to death in 1693. However, before they were hung, Winifred cast a spell that on a Halloween night when the moon was full a virgin would summon them back so that they claim the lives of the children of Salem.

The Sanderson sisters were shown to be able to curse people with immortality, turn people into cats, raise the dead, curse people with blisters, curse people to dance until they died, and use magic to lure children like a siren. They couldn't step foot in hallowed ground and were either repelled or unable to enter salt or salt circles.

The good news, from what I remember, is that the sisters will have to brew their option before they can use it and in the movie they had to look up how to make it in their spellbook. Which is hopefully still somewhere in Salem.

But yeah we have Dimension tech so buying a magical dimension artifacts isn't our highest priority. I want those Talisman damn it

My only concern is annoying Xanatos. He said he is going to skip it so that we can get it. So if we don't get it we look kinda like jerks.

It depends. We don't know what the item is so can't call it yet. It might be amazing.

I definitely want the book though. If the magical school plan ever gets traction it's about the best thing we could have.

I personally don't care about the Talismans that much other than incidental value. I've got no desire to get locked into the mindset of we have to get them all.

I am only going to advocate really going for the Dimension crossing item if its a pair of Dimensional Scissors. Otherwise its my number 2 behind the Encantus.

Xanatos told us about inter-dimensional magic item being sold at the auction, which he is allowing us to buy if we want. Also, Janna just gained a magic item dispenser! Plus...

It's from the Disney movie Hocus Pocus. If it's lit on Halloween Night by a virgin, it revives a coven of three witch-sisters, who will then rain havoc and seek vengence upon the ones who hanged them in 17th-century Salem (more info can be found here)
Wait... Is it Halloween in universe?

Because magical auction and All Hallow's Eve in a mystical subdimension has some SERIOUS connotations to it...

EDIT: Add in halloweentown and the nightmare before christmas stuff and... Either really good time to recruit or we need to get some magical protection STAT

Well... they are at a magic auction with Potion sellers and stuff all around.

we didn't commit to buying it and we can probably communicate with him if we are not interested.

The talisman are useful in that they give us the chance to upgrade Doof to combat Relavent status by sticking him with super powers as well as making anyone formidable.

I agree the book is the number one importance though.

actally hold on didn't those two 7d villains lose a Dimensional thingy? Maybe it's that?

so it just me or letting us go for the dimension item a subtle trick by Xanatos? If we are in an alliance with him against Toffee that we are probably going to share the dimension traveling power so we can both attack toffee. The way he framed it though he will get use out of the dimension travel benefits while he gets us to pay for it.

... that also leaves us as the only one with the acess those designs. We'd be the only ones to control acess to wider multiverse.

Also does anyone know about the 7D travel item they lost because I'm fairly certain that's the thing on sale.

Eh if there is one of the crystal skeleton head of american dragon jake long. I say we buy them so nobody can't have the full wish granting mcguffin

The black candle....

Oh god, did we just let loose the Hocus Pocus witches?..... And is it bad I can totally see Janna wrapping them around her little finger and becoming the head of the coven?
I knew it. And honestly, Janna has the skill set to do that, but I'm pretty sure she's got enough of a moral compass to stop short of "murder a whole town full of children to finish the coven's resurrection," so nah.
