Due to Mongolian boot camp, the A Little Scrawny modifier should go away, leaving the Khan at 45 Loyalty. He will still be in the 15% loyalty bonus, which is between 25-49, but 45 Loyalty is a lot closer to 50 than 35 is. His personal actions Get an apartment and Find a new steed would probably be the quickest options to boost up his loyalty into the friend range.

That would mean instead of 63 Martial, he would have 66 Martial.

It's not obvious, but imagine an ancient world with no superpowers (well, no showy superpowers - he's got that atomic gene thing now) being in the same ballpark martial score wise as a plasma slinging superwoman.

Temujin is kinda crazy. Though with his resume he should be.

I wonder if he can be upgraded further... induce superpowers should still be researchable in future?

Hmmm

If you were ever to find more sources of Khan other than his current crop of descendants on Earth, maybe you could raise Genghis to even greater heights!
While the warlock staff has remained tight-lipped about the other locations thus far, Temujin has recognized one in the middle of China that he knows to be his heir Kublai's summer court of Xanadu.
Hmmm. :p

I sense potential upgrades.

Out of boredom, here is a potential turn.

[]Plan Theorizing
-[] Deal with 'The Resistance' DC:5 (Max)
-[] Update the City Council DC:90 (Goofy)
-[] Excavate Chicken Itza DC:100 (Janna Ordania)
-[] Express Delivery DC:90 (Wile E. Coyote)
-[] Buy out Lee Industries DC:55 (L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N.)
-[] Investigate the Middleton Drug Ring DC:90 (Russ)
-[] Survey GalFed ship DC:100 (maybe Ludivine Von Drake?)
-[] Research Dino Domestication DC:90 (Dr. Jumba Jookiba)
-[] Doofensmirtz Personal
--[] Browse online for interesting stories
--[] Tinker with your Inators
--[] Chat with the Bossman (I don't know)
--[] Read your Spellbook (87/150)
-[] Get an apartment (Genghis Khan)
-[] Reorganize OWCA (Francis Monogram)
-[] Do Good Deeds (Hego)
-[] Psychoanalyze "I don't know" (Technor)
-[] Look into wayward supers (Mirage)

So, here's a plan. I didn't do anything with Norm Prime, Dennis, or Vanessa. Norm Prime will be out of commission while Dennis 17 Martial is probably going to have some radical changes in his personal actions. I would put Vanessa towards preparing for college, but it might not be available. It might be a good idea to have Vanessa shadow us when we deal with Xanatos. He is a family man after all. It's not like that he doesn't know that we care about her.

I think Max is good enough to ensure that the Resistance disbands. None of the other martial actions really attract me (for this turn anyways).
Goofy is our highest diplomacy hero, though I am not sure how well he would do with AI. Getting Chicken Izta done and over with ASAP would be a good idea and Janna has the best chance of doing it. Coyote already has ACME traits and fairly decent stewardship so he is a good choice for Instant Delivery. Lee Industries is low enough that L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. might not fail.
I want to investigate LA Crime, but I have been scared off by what happened to Hawk. I don't think we lose much by only spending one intrigue turn. The Middleton drug ring is quite worrying and I hope to ward off its spread. We might bring up the LA Crime ring's intimidation of Hawk up with Xanatos? He probably could help us with it, though that would take some diplomacy actions.
I want to get the Galfed ship reverse-researched ASAP, and Ludivine is probably our highest learning hero. Domesticate Dinosaurs will satisfy Jumba and it is just awesome.
For Doof people really want to investigate summer stories. I don't care too much about Phineas and Ferb, but more heroes is always good. I chose tinker with inators and chat with bossman because I couldn't think of anything else. We need to get the spellbook done before the auction.
Getting an apartment could boost Genghis Khan's stats and loyalty. OWCA still needs to be reorganized. Hego can try to help more people this time! I want Mirage to search for heroes in her personal action, then the next turn we can investigate the cape scene. The personal action could boost loyalty and/or our result.

I did leave a couple of options off of my explanation: Talk with the bossman and Psychoanalyze. I did that because I am not sure what to do with them. We could focus them on L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. and see if by some miracle they manage to improve themselves?

Looks pretty good but we could have technor upgrade diplomacy, his would be one lower than goofy and be much more thematic. He has been psychoanalyzing a lot lately. He might appreciate a change of pace.

And that would free goofy up for a talk with boss man and personal actions.

Edit: hmm... on rechecking technor he would be 6 below goofy. Negative 10 not negative 5 like I thought.

And as far as doofs personal actions.

Read book, make up with Rodger, talk to bossman, tinker with ingnators. This seem good?

No, Goofy has a Diplomacy of 28 and Technor has a Diplomacy of 32. However, Technor's power malus means that he has a Diplomacy of 22.

Wait, how exactly are loyalty bonuses calc'd? Is Technor's debuff taken before or after? Goofy has a Loyalty of 40 and Technor has 33. Both of these grant 15% more stat. With the loyalty bonus Goofy has 32 Diplomacy. Assuming that the power hungry stat is taken after the loyalty bonus Technor has a Diplomacy of 26. Assuming that the power malus is taken and then the loyalty buff is added Technor has a diplomacy of 25. Has Made in Heaven clarified anywhere? Regardless, either way Goofy has a fairly larger Diplomacy score. Curse you power!

I'm sure that we got an extra intrigue action since we succeeded in the spy network action. I say we use that to look into the supers as well if we're looking online on that turn.
I know we got an extra intrigue action. Mirage is the most suited towards that action and the personal action she is doing should give her a bonus for it the turn after next turn. I just think we will get better results if we wait.

Kinda defeats the purpose of getting an extra action in the first place. Besides investigating supers is a DC 0 action. We don't need to assign a hero to Every national action.

I mean, it doesn't really. Establishing the spynet should give us more rival reports and help us notice Intrigue actions aimed against us. Can it be repeated? I mean, it might combine with Mirage's own search.

Just want to say that while I found the Temujin Interlude interesting, I couldn't quite get over the shotgunned "v"s peppering his speech. The accent he picked up from Ludivine is Austrian, which would put "v"s on "w" sounds, but I know I saw at least one case where a "b" was replaced, and the only example I can think of where "b" and "v" are near-interchangeable is certain Japanese words (it's how one of the main characters of Ah! My Goddess became known as Belldandy in English, when her original name was Verthandi).

Wait, the Muppets are Canon!?!?
I demand we get Kermit the frog if only for the Memes.
Hopper Food Group is a reference to The Muppet Movie.

Okay, but can Toons actually die from old Age, even if they do age?
Maybe? The Disney comics treat toons as funny animals and funny animals as people, life & death included. Don Rosa charted out Scrooge's estimated date of death on the full timeline if you want to go looking for it.

EDIT:
If I got my Toon lore correct, it's that Toons can Die but they have to be killed via dip or magic.
Goofy himself has been around since before world war II and he's still spry and Young... So I'd have to say, no Toons can't die from old age.
You can't use Goofy being around since WWII as evidence since DVV runs on a sliding timeline.

We were advised that the Ducks are Toon adjacent, rather than entirely Toon, so it might be different for full Toons. Its probably still best not to think about it too hard.

Fixed. I certainly did get a bit overzealous in accenting the Khan. I also corrected my consistent misspelling of Doofenshmirtz.

That's why so many of us wanted to get Hopper Food Groups. Kermit is ideally working for them as a spokes-frog (under duress or via being brain-whammied by Mel Brooks).

Ok first off, that part where the scientist licks the big red button makes me uncomfortable, I want him nowhere near our territory let alone our daughter.

Secondly you people now have my full support to buy Hoppers food group.
