While I would like to get the extra Stewardship option it's just too risky for right now, even if we assigned our best Stewardship character to it we'd still need a roll of at least 70 just to scrape by, we're better off focusing on what we need to do now and waiting till we have a better Stewardship hero especially if we plan on getting Scrooge
Also I'd like to point out that with the exception of Genghis we could assign literally any of our hero units to buying Buenos Nachos just to get it done and it would be a critical success, which I think is worth consideration

Maybe. Though, it does seem Edna does her own work, so would not be good at organizing and streamlining large and disparate systems.

I could see Edna having high stewardship. The real question is how do you snipe her from Shego, and then how do you convince her to do the admin work for you instead of you know, using her talents doing what she loves and is very snobby about.

Shego doesn't appreciate her genius if that interlude is canon. She's flippant and apparently relying on Drakken in some cases. We on the other hand, appreciate our talent. Doof would probably be head over heels for Edna, she's 100% his type. I mean, watch the Pixar short Auntie Edna and tell me that they're not the same person. That's the why of her leaving, as for the how, once we have a foothold in Middleton, all we need is to draw her into Bueno Noches and give our sales pitch. Should be trivial driving her out after that.
As for getting her to do admin work, I imagine she'd condescend to us about how terribly organized we are and brag about how she could make the place perfect in a day.
Speaking of the Kinderlumper, if we ever find out about Monster Inc. we should hit one of our employees with the Kinderlumper-inator set to max duration in order to infiltrate them. The Kinderlumper would fit right in with the Monsters.
So I had a few thoughts that I want to share
Firstly, if Agent Russ is Agent K from MiB does that mean he works for the same agency as Agent Bubbles? And if so would that make investigating Hawaii harder or easier?
Secondly as someone with very little understanding of Motorcity I wonder if Doof could get along with Kane? After all they're both evil genius industrialists that have taken over their home state, or Tri-State, with a rebellious daughter that they genuinely love
And thirdly while I doubt it I wonder if the theory that Doof is Candace and Phineas' dad is true here?

While they won't be marching an army across your border, there's nothing stopping them from sending a small team of infiltrators, a couple capes, or a phantom thief to attack you by proxy.
That was a fun read, but I agree with what some others have been saying- Xanatos is out of character. I won't be able to canonize it since things went down in a certain way in this quest, which you may eventually find out with some intrigue or diplomacy actions. As for King Arthur... who knows? Take 500 XP for your omake!

Is there a Perry the platypus memorial day? If so, then there is a good place to make an omake for those that knew the egg laying mammal.
$5 on Monogram keeping the fact that Perry is still alive from everyone, waiting for the day that they have finished rebuilding him. Hoping that Dr. Doofenshmirtz will not uncover the truth before it's too late.

I like it, but I agree with the others.
On the Grail, the Fisher King (guardian of the cup) is Peredur fab Ragnal. Not that Xanatos would know that per say, but he's already a member of the Illuminati and that makes him closer to the Grail than most. He has a decent shot at it.
Also, Fleur would be an epic-tier recruit. She's been doing this for centuries.
Agent Russ is FBI. Cobra Bubbles was CIA. They both work for AMERICA. You could set Russ on Hawaii hunting and expect results.
Abraham Kane is an autocratic extremist character who runs his "paradise" in the wastes at the expense of any personal freedoms his people once had. I think it would be a hard sell to get him to cooperate because Kane is paranoid about outside groups; the Motorcity world was implied to have fallen to ruin and he acts accordingly.
I really doubt it.
