Guys, I think I know the perfect stewardship hero for us. I'm kicking myself for not thinking of it earlier. We need to get Senior Senior Sr. He is a billionaire who made know how to handle his money and tries really hard to be "evil". He should be easy to sway, seeing as Doof and him are kind of similar and both try to make their kids participate in evil, but both don't really want to.

He's retired, so you need to sell him on being a spymaster as a hobby to keep himself active rather than a job.

Hmm, that is worrying, It's Bill Cypher...HAS TO BE BILL!! And getting spy networks is just common sense at this point.
No, it doesn't have to be Bill. It could just as easily be Morganna returning and killing the Merlinian, the Axiom taking off, Mendel-Grumman reviving and losing control of the dinosaurs as an invasive species, or any number of bad things you can't control.

Don't assume there is only one possible bad scenario!

I'm not very up to date with the Disney works in the Modern Day so...I got a few holes in my knowledge gap, that I'm going to be fixing over the week. Plus it was a nat 2, and I am skilled enough to know that is almost as bad as a nat 1.

You can find a short list of what to focus on in the document for Gridlocked. Who is in and who isn't. That should inform which shows and films to prioritize for watch sessions.

Don't worry if you didn't recognize any of the things I referred to. I picked mostly hard ones.

Señor Senior Senior is geriatric, not to mention indebted to Shego for teaching his son evil.

While I do think Senior Senior Sr. is someone we should look into for a stewardship hero, remember that stewardship isn't just about making money, it covers infrastructure, logistics, and all the things needed to run not just a company, but a nation.

While the world of business has a lot of capable people, there are many who will sacrifice the long term in the name of short term profits. And depite being "Evil", there's no reason for us to be stupid. We should take care to remember that when we go looking for heroes to recruit, especially in a field as important as Stewardship.

Of course Scrooge would be ideal but I think the odds of finding him are slim to none, and slim just left town.

I learned recently that submitted inators should have mechanical effects attached to them by us, so here's an update.

The Anti-Shaveinator: As long as Doof doesn't shave the beard, +5 Loyalty from any characters with facial hair thanks to that sacred bond. +5 to Diplomacy in actions involving characters who have, or desire facial hair.

The Teleport-inator: -10 to any Diplomacy actions taken this turn involving characters with a sense of smell. This can be mitigated by assigning a personal action to doing laundry to get that godawful quantum particle smell out of your lab coat.

The Flash Trainer-inator: With these four training bands turn any workout into a five minute power hour! Once per turn roll a 1d100, at 95 and above gain +1 martial. Every 5 turns gain an additional +1 martial. (Breaks after 3 gains to Martial.)

The Theme Songinator: Anyone shot with this raygun gains an appropriate theme song that plays without stop throughout the next three days. Anyone affected by the Theme Songinator takes a -10 to all diplomacy rolls with new people for three turns.

These work?

Honestly, when you look at how much material they were able to assemble and construct on a daily basis, Phineas and Ferb would be great candidates for stewardship hero. The issue being that they are children, making employing them...tricky to say the least. We could find out about them through OWCA and Francis, who don't have all their blueprints on record for balance issues, should at the least have some sort of log about them. Keeping an eye on someone as industrious as them is right up their ally after all. Though of course, that would require that Francis likes us enough to bring them up.

When it comes to more accessible recruits, I can't really think of anyone off the top of my head. Most disney properties don't really focus on stewardship related things beyond the occasional business owner. Maybe look into the people displaced by the wasteland? There could be some untouched diamonds in that group.

I don't know. P&F would be great learning heroes, probably martial too, but stewardship is money management and bureaucracy. I dont think they would be well suited.

I like these a lot. I think that inators only 'function' for one turn however, so I would suggest the Flash-Trainer Inator just giving 1 free martial to doof, whereas the theme songinator just gives DEI as a whole -10 diplomacy that lasts 3 turns. That seems like a fair trade.

@weredrago2
Just wondering, if I wanted to suggest a king for the DVV: Gridlocked RPG, how would I go about doing it?
The quickest way to discuss that would be to join the DVV Discord. I hadn't linked the invite on here because it might be considered advertising, but you can PM me for it or find it on the 1d4chan.

Who were you thinking? They'd need to be a villain that fits the rough contemporary theme while filling a niche none of the other groups do. Even if they can't be a fully written up king the character can exist as a background villain like Demona.

I was thinking about a character that is not evil, but causes destruction in his wake. I was thinking about Milo Murphy, as, like Elsa from the original DVV, he is not evil, just destructive. I know that kings do not have do be evil because of Christopher Robin as well.

Edit:
I would understand if he is unsuited to being a king though.

The United States. If you're asking about who effectively controls Alaska, it's Xanatos.

The rest of the world has been affected by things happening in the US, and there might be a few cool things to look into, but they're effectively normal.

I'm picturing England being conquered by the Queen of Hearts and I can't decide whether that would be awesome or horrible.

The Queen of Hearts IS in DVV... in the Classic setting, where all the other stuff set in the past exists. It's a separate setting from Gridlocked, which is where modern stuff like Doofensmirtz, Xanatos, Shego and so on live.

Like I said before, stewardship isn't just business management and making money, its everything from logistics to infrastructure to housing and more. Phineas and Ferb were able to quickly and efficiently acquire not only large amounts of raw materials, but the tools and workers necessary to build them into what they wanted on a near daily basis. And like the song just posted mentioned, they were also able to get all the permits and paperwork for it too. All of that seems exactly what stewardship is in my opinion. While they may also have a good learning score, their real talents lie in the stewardship area.

I'm curious where you pulled martial as a potential area they are good at though, could you explain you reasoning for it?

Aren't they also on the city council?
