For those still unaware of the specifics of this interlude...

This frog shaped interlude here covers some scientist who's probably gonna get killed by his own creation Cerberus style and a frog shaped robot, who I will be covering today.

This frog shaped robot is known as a "Frobot", an very adaptable, autonomous, do-anything robot designed by the Amphibian Empire (name pending), from the Disney show Amphibia. He's supposed to just be one among a practically limitless army of frobots under the command of Andrias and The Core, a giant affable brute of a newt and The Core, the collection of Amphibia's greatest minds and leaders uploaded into a mechanical core live forever, who's probably using the body and mind of Marcy Wu (an Amphibia protagonist) as a host to act in the living world.

This Empire is currently in an another dimension, probably building up to take over the multiverse as we speak, and may have already transitioned to taking over other worlds. Amphibia is a 40k style Death World ala Catachan so they also have mind controlled murder bugs and birds, alongside a biological army of toads, frogs, and news if they fell in line, they probably won'tbe the bulk of the forces or milktary, thatxd be the frobots. Like the other dimensional warlords we probably won't have to deal with them directly since they're all distracted by eachother.

So currently we just have to deal with the fact that there's a highly advanced AI in a robot running around, and it's possibly what gave Doom such a boost to his AI research in flying cars.

There might be other frobot remains around so maybe we can find or steal those one day.

Specifically, this is one of the stealth models, smaller and lighter than default but with spider-like climbing ability and optical cloaking.

Also Frobots are somewhat emotional for warmachines, with the canon stealth model displaying signs of sadistic glee at points.

So my bet is Obake has the bot.

Unhinged Roboticist who is known to steal robot minions and repurpose them for his own use.
Silent Sparrow (the Big Hero 6 Portal Tech).
Kreitech/Nanotech cloak.
Resource Constraints + near enough to LA to steal something despite them.

Really feels like Obake in tone, too.
Joy, just another time bomb in San Fran Sokyo. We really need to do something with that city before terrible things happen in that city. Also this robot may have been Anne'd.

Wait, Doom barely had the thing guarded? Why did he just let that go? Did he realize what it was? What it meant?

Either way, we need to double our efforts with Mez's infiltration of Sycorax and maybe infiltrate another Zaibatsu in order to get more intel.
Bait.... Either that or he knew whoever wanted to steal it will want to know more, so, why not let them do the work?

On Obake...... Would he be.... How to say it.... Willing to consider an offer that could afvanc his plan in a less.... Catastrophic, directions?

We do, after all, have the opportunity to conquer a whole country without... Retaliation, because nobody wants to know about said country, as it currently is, for now.

So I'm still pretty early in amphibia and I don't know anything about these frobots yet. Without spoiling too much (more than has already been done anyway) does anyone care care to estimate the martial and intrigue of an aftermarket frobot?

(If I do end up reading a spoiler or two, I won't be upset or anything, that's just the nature of a story like this. If I don't want spoilers I just shouldn't be here.)

TOH season 3 episode 1 had dropped. And if TOH becomes cannon for DVV Gridlocked we might need to have words with NOWCA's Agent G. Because they have been holding out on us big time.

To anyone who is confused (and this was revealed in Season 1, so it's not a spoiler), giraffes are apparently demons that were banished from the Boiling Isles to the Human Realm because they freaked everyone out.

For the Standard Frobot? Martial would be 12-15, Intrigue would be around 5.
For the Advanced Version that nearly killed Anne? Martial would be 11-14, Intrigue would be about the same.

Dude under your math KERMIT has similar martial to these guys.

Generic if probably high teens, advanced mid 20s to mid 30s.
Since Anne is probably a high martial character, these guys need the stats to fight someone with high Martial.

Yeah, for the advanced ones that could survive a scrape with an anime protagonist, high 20s to low 30s sounds about right.

The one we see on the update is an (ancient) advanced model, since he had in-built stealth tech in his software, but a bespoke model with retrofitted weapons and a portal gun, so Martial may vary.

Edit: Speaking of Kermit, how do we deal with the fact that Crumpet the Frog is now canon? Do we just recruit him as well?

Yeah, sorry, I don't know where my head is.
Updated stats

Standard Frobot
Martial: 25-30
Diplomacy: 0
Stewardship: 1
Intrigue: 8
Learning: 0 (But has access to database for anything knowledge-wise)

Stealth Frobot
Martial: 22-25
Diplomacy: 0
Stewardship: 5
Intrigue: 18-21
Learning: 0 (But has access to database for anything knowledge-wise)

I don't know how I feel about frobots reaching 30 martial. What's the martial stat of an omnidroid I can use as a comparison?

Edit: My main concern was they got pushed around by teenage girls but thinking it over, and remembering that Kim Possible and Janna exist, teenage girls are fairly threatening, and that's just their base before they got given powers by gems with literal infinite energy. Anne and Sasha are definitely high martial characters even when they aren't fighting moons.. So that's my main concern addressed.

Sash and Anne are definitely at least in their 20s by the S1 finale, you can't fight giant herons and not be able to take Dennis, or Cruella and two goons with crowbars.

In fact, I'm thinking the baseline Martial for Amphibia is just set at a higher level because of how much of a Death World Amphibia is. If your Martial is lower than 10, you died to the wildlife.

I can believe Anne hitting high 20s by the end of season 2 (Sasha might just hit 30 barely), double their stats to their 60s for calamity forms, and then hit the triple digits at their most powerful in synchro.

Ron Stoppable if he was alive and didn't die from Bueno Nacho would have had been able to access Monkey Fist Chosen One shenanigans eventually.

...Tobe, for the love of god please use your good luck to learn the Monkey Fist somehow.

Omnidroids had Martial roll modifiers of +25+10 during Luck be a Lady.

I don't think anyone cept maybe Globby has triple digits in any stat
Globby has 72 Martial. You should generally take 72 to be the cap of what people can achieve in the setting. That's how much Intrigue Xanatos has and how much Martial Shego has.

So far the only heroes that go beyond 72 have been Drossel's heroes and Bill Cipher. All the examples of which have very special circumstances around them.
