Hmm... Mirage+Mez is +46 Raw Diplomacy, +10 (Great Things) and then potentially +10 (Titanomachy) +9(Trust In Me) depending on ruling of if those are applicable here. Doom's partial success may have lowered the DC
I'm in favour of splitting the party in two, with Mirage and Mez calming supers while Marco and Lizzy fight, they'll be in the same room and so can most likely regroup if need be. Fixing problems and minimizing the collateral damage they can cause seems better than just ferrying people out of the way of it, especially since it maximizes our chances of figuring out what's going on so we can start getting a handle on this disaster.

If the write in, or just trying to talk to Edna wins... I think the scene would best work going something like:

And I'm not sure about splitting up the party here. In theory it's a good idea, but we have no idea if any other mind-controlled supers are going to crash the party or whether anything else will happen.
I wouldn't be surprised if she has backup or other plans, she doesn't seem the type to put all her eggs in one basket.
As far as the options go, Mezmerella could help out in a variety of ways that others have mentioned, though I'll add that were we to assist in the fight Mezmerella might be able to pick up on that he's likely being mind-controlled.
And damn, Edna's all over Mirage. Is it really unacceptable for non-supers to leave in the middle of a super brawl?
Hego should still have higher martial bonus than Warren and it would be better PR wise if he solved things without help from mercenary and supervillain. Calming supers is the most effective help we can do, except it is also seems like most difficult option, at least conventional way. Mezmerella can try to hypnotize them to make it easier, but with Edna clinging to us it would certainly be noticed.
