And once we do this all we will need to do is complete the psychological profile of who we want to make and we should have our doppel bot.

I think an Elvis bot would be the best option for our 1st as it should be easy (Jumba has incredibly high learning AND is a huge fan of Elvis) and avoids the ethical concern of making a doppel bot of someone currently alive.

Plus we already have an idea of someone who could be a fun nemesis for him.

What do people think? If people want a doppel bot but not Elvis for whatever reason, I could try not specifying which doppel bot we will be specifically making in the plan so everyone, even those who voted for alternative plans, can contribute to deciding which is our first doppel bot. (If that is okay with @Made in Heaven )

And remember we also have another turn for Phineas and Ferb to do recycling (or something else) this summer, while the doppelganger is more time sensitive to do first because it serves as a bottleneck for other research. If we don't get it done now I fear we'll keep delaying it like we have so far.
I mean, Elvis impersonators are a thing, so making a robotic copy of the man would be a logical next step.

What do people think?
I think that doing a real life celebrity is boring and their value is being overestimated. I think that, since Phineas and Ferb can only take a given action once, if we're having them make a doppel it should be Botterfly. A decoy meant to draw the attention of an interdimensional empire and maybe help us find the person that empire is looking for will benefit from a massively overengineered body more than a lab assistant, television personality, or musician will.

I think the problem with Botterfly is that the DC to Psychologically profile her was 150 our best current roll for that is Ludivine with base roll 82, with XP that is still a needed roll of 58 and people expect the others to have easier rolls.

Also Star's aesthetic is a rainbow on fire. Having Botterfly fend off monsters with classic Inspector Gadget tools instead of death bot equipment feels fitting.

We're going for the council this turn, and that's supposed to help with harder actions. And if we want to profile an easier target first we can, but Phineas and Ferb would be wasted on a Wendybot or Elvis.

And I don't share your confidence that Elvis will be easy, but that will hopefully be answered definitively before we vote on it.

I think Botterfly or Celena. If it's P&F maybe their bots would be somehow capable of magic, it is not like their creations follow logical sense. If there is problem with doing psychological profile we can try to circumvent it by summoning Celena and making her posses preprepared robobody.

Alright thats fair. What do you think about the rest of the post however (assigning PnF to the action this turn)

Anyway, if not Elvis, how about Doof? I think making a one of a kind Doof doppel body would be more rewarding in the short and long run than botterfly. But more importantly would probably be much easier to make a psychological profile for (Technor probably already has one) and avoids the potential ethical concerns.

I'm asking if you agree that the doppelganger body action is a high enough priority to have it be done this turn (or at least a serious consideration to be done this turn)

Either with PnF for 87% crit success chance.

Or Wendy for 99% success chance, 49% crit chance

Or with Roddy Blair for 91% success chance, 31% crit chance

If you really want to save PnF's attempt at a doppelganger body for Botterfly, would you be okay if we had Roddy Blair work on a Doofbot this upcoming turn, because I think we might want to wait until we have more information on Star before we make Botterfly.

I think that Phineas and Ferb make it a higher priority than it would otherwise be. Roddy or Wendy can make a body whenever, but if we intend to make Botterfly in the next six turns they need to make the body in the next two.

I'm all for making a Doofbot to begin with, then we can make one of Star and the ones I've made omakes of, specifically Roboto de la Cruz and Robo Rogers.

This should probably be put to a vote or a poll, to be honest. Can we have a poll?
I think it really is a good idea to leave the decision on who we make the doppelgänger of up to a separate vote, while we leave the vote of making any bot at all to be a plan thing. I personally am partial to the idea of Star Botterfly, especially since I have a suspicion a PnF bot will make it slightly easier to do the other parts.

That's fair, but I think that a roll of 58 isn't actually that hard, and could have some major benefits. Plus, the closest wander keeps Ludivine away from Flubber, which is a good thing.

Another thing to keep in mind with the psychological profile:
Known Preferences

Megalomaniacal Ambitions: Technor enjoys mad science, machinery, psychoanalysis, and petty evil.

We should probably put Technor on the assignment at least once or he will be upset. (i.e. start with a low DC and see if our orange television has a bonus on the action)
