Personally, I'd collab on both diplo actions, fix DoofOS firewalls, and do dino entertainment and build the other dimension inator.
 
We should definitely consider continuing Felldrake's quest, and I think it's worth considering putting Juniper on the team, as it would be a way of increasing her possible team ups. Plus, Juniper doesn't have an occult score yet, and this seems like a decent way to clue her in before we set her on dance magic.
Consider that if Russ succeeds the investigation, that immediately starts up a Quest. I don't feel like doing two quests for this turn, thank you very much.

Maybe we should assign Roddy to build Monogram a lair, so that OWCA won't be in the same building as LOVEMUFFIN. I can easily see that giving a small loyalty boost to both of them (though we might want to give LOVEMUFFIN a lair afterwards, in case they get jealous).

Seconding this. Getting OWCA or LOVEMUFFIN a proper base will fix or at least reduce their mutual hatred malus as they aren't in the same building.

As for what to put LOVEMUFFIN on I say exotic vehicles. High enough DC for them to not feel coddled, and it plays into the MAD sceince part as you can go buck wild with what kinds of machines you make

I didn't want to commit to full Supervillainy, here, though someone else could switch Kitsune for Wendy, and have Wendy do Buzztube.

EDIT: Since the normal Kitsune Chaos in uncontrollable, I've edited the plan to use a full national action on Beaks. I, personally, don't feel like it's great, since the DC is 100 according to MiH, but it is a rather in character move.

We really need to get the damn Council up and running. It is about the only thing that can think of which may help our issue with all of the high DCs.

I guess that Search for Magical Individuals, Study Dance Magic, and Reach out to Magical New York would be the actions if we wanted to increase our chances at Forming a Coven.

Not really. We don't need to have PA every time we take high DC actions as long as there's the right hero for the job. Plus I'd feel more inclined to have Doof do more of his personals right now. This is a pretty lazy turn. Chat with people, tinker with inators, maybe get some random potions even.

This is a very good point, and I think we should at least give them the option of sticking with the Space Program. Though, given how behind some other parties we apparently are, they may not be interested anymore.

I seem to have misread his list of options; I'd be willing to have him do that if Wendy Wower gets her personal action to examine him at the same time, since I think it would synergize well and would hopefully lower the DC for upgrading Norm next turn.

-Fails to take a stroke off of Doof's golf game or resolve his golf-related traumatic backstory.
-Doof is banned from Malloy's Magical Minigolf.
- Minus 100 to ALL occult rolls except for academic knowledge.
-Except for whichever hero in Doofania picks up the golf club from the trash and uses it as a staff. They get +150. +300 if they already had an occult score and know how to do more than just unleash blasts of raw eldritch energy.
-Toffee has very complicated feelings.

Time Smoothinator: This man sized smoothie machine "smoothes out" time in Doofania by suctioning up the "paradox juice" mixing it with some frozen time, and then grinding it all up into a Paradox Flavored Smoothie. Which gets fired out of a crazy-straw-shaped cannon.
-Doofania and all of its inhabitants are unaffected by time travel that alters the past before the moment of the activation of this inator. Assassinating baby-doof is COMPLETELY EXEPCTED.
-Target territory gets shot with the Smoothie and has to deal with a concentrated burst of time travel nonsense.

Decaffinator: This milk-jug-shaped bomb detonates in a magical blast that renders all mundane drinks in target territory decaffeinated for one turn.
-Target King either purchases 3 Liquid Funds worth of alchemical coffee from DEI or else has their entire faction suffer a caffeine-withdrawal malus

NEGATIVE:
Explaininator: A powerpoint presentation that explains the underlying principles of how Inators work to Doof's employees
-Imposes a minus 100 "nothings makes sense and my fundamental understanding of the world has been shattered" malus to the learning rolls of all DEI employees
-This also applies to anyone spying on the presentations
-Except for one random King that manages to (incorrectly) understand Doof's nonsense and gets a +200 bonus to Learning

Procrast-inator: Helps you take longer to do something, even faster. Waste time more efficiently. Put your all into doing nothing.
-Doofania temporarily does not exist for one turn.

Defenestrator-Inator: These cunningly placed marbles cause a random DEI Hero to trip and fall out of a window. It turns out there are consequences to filling your building with death traps, who knew? Certainly not Doof.
-A random DEI Hero is unavailable to perform actions or grant stat bonuses for one turn.

I really recommend hiring the dickenses for this. It let's them look at our company and see we aren't really evil and gets them closer to us being able to permanently hire them. Plus they would have the best chance of finding Kat I believe. Tobe could do mojo cookbook with malf.

The difficulty scales with how good someone is at dancing and was more or less specifically made for her. Lets get that knocked out so we can see what we're dealing with.

Janna needs to study. If you're set on not doing dance magic this turn we can have someone else summon demons and the fluff will probably include Janna like has happened with summoning Celena, but Janna's action needs to be studying.
 
Yeah, I really want to do the summon demons option and I have no plan on getting involved with plans,* but even Feldrake is starting to notice that she still hasn't started her actual studies. Without those studies, she is reliant on Feldrake to do actual magic.

*It's too stressful and I never win anyhow so no point trying :V

Some other small thoughts (don´t have the time for more extensive musings right now):

Max issuing a restraining order against Bradley is the best option, both because its "Cutting the Knot" nature makes it funny and because it makes sense since Max still thinks like a normal person despite being a Toon...and going to court about something lie that would be the sensible thing for normal people. Max wants nothing to do with Bradley (or any Nemesis at all) and *good Nemeses respect their counterparts´wishes, Bradley...work on your villain cred, damnit*

Do you guys think that we could collab with David on Odd Transmissions? Sure, he is one sneaky bastard, but he is also a sensible man with a strong think tank who could make a good first impression on Drossel. Plus, Drossels tech base is a bit too high for even him to steal stuff as well as not really helpful for his Immortality goal, so we could get away with it.
