New Inator proposals.
Bill-inator(good)- Teleports Dollar Bills into your accounts. Increases income by 3 immediately
Bill-inator(bad) - Causes other people's bill's to become yours. Lose 3 income in two turns.
Bill-inator(very good) - Causes bills you want to pass through the US congress. Gain +15 government funding on a QM selected action, if you have good relations with US government, increase this to +30.
Bill-inator (very bad totally fine) - You... aren't actually sure what this one does honestly. It kinda came to you in a dream, but now... oh well, it's probably fine. Doesn't seem to do anything when you fire it up, weird.

Can we go over the Company Prophecy for a bit? As a note, it's not Mewnan-related at all.
So. Someone who needs Compassion, Aid, and Forgiveness... Could be: Literally anyone aside from Shego, Antagonistic Kings, and Bill. But there are a few computer programs screwing around in our servers.
Intelligence, independence, and secrecy. Could be literally any of the learning kings. But especially Xanatos. Could also be us? But Independence isn't usually our thing except when we're talking about the status of Doofania.
There's no actual Tadpole in this reading? and the only Tadpole in other readings is Star (and she's explicitly excluded), so it's not that. People who got really amazing successes recently are us, King Candy, and no one else I can think of. Can anyone go over last turn's rival reports and our recent crits?
For the present, we have an unknown threat. There are three we know of in terms of Metagaming: King Candy, DOR15, and Bill. Hopefully it's not Bill. King Candy definitely had a recent crit success, though and is a hidden threat.
For the Path we have: a person who is hyperactive, fun-loving, stubborn, impulse, and has difficulty following society's rules. They'll be of great use to us and be a blessing in disguise who will help us in cutting through the tangle.

So, Lets assume this is all based around the Attack on DoofOS recently. We have someone who needs compassion, aid and forgiveness (Vanellope? Ralph?), an independent, intelligent, and secret king (King Candy?) Someone who just succeeded amazingly (King Candy?), an unknown threat (King candy?), and the path forward is to find Vanellope. And we will face absolute disaster if we don't get the info we need first.
I think this Prophecy is telling us to build the SHV.

With Ludivine we would be rolling with a bonus of 56 and with Wendy we would be rolling with a bonus of 55. Upgrading Norm Prime is DC 120. Unless you intend to break up the technologies, that is a 63/62% chance for a critical failure. Furthermore, the lowest AI upgrade, slight AI improvements, when introduced had a DC of 65. That is going to be larger thanks to our confusion about Doppel-AI. Though the Palladium Chip does lower the DC for upgrading Norm, the AI confusion has surel done more.
