So I am really unsure about question 2.

Tom is a very prickly fellow. Asking about Tom could be taken badly if he decides that we are trying to intrude in his personal space, but asking non-Star related stuff could go over just as badly.

Difficult choice, really.
I mean, I suppose Tom could get mad at himself and attempt to give himself the stink-eye for asking Celena about his own situation and future... But that would get very confusing, and would probably result in us finding out what it looks like when a three-eyed man crosses all three eyes at once. So I, for one, welcome such a development!

@Made in Heaven

Just a heads-up, but I think that Max´ Loyalty should be only 15 after calculating everything

(We really need to get rid of that -10 for the damn Peru trip already...we get now, that Max isn´t the type for any non-mundane trips)

The best thing about this vote is that it's all good.

So even if what I voted for loses it's still all going to be good.

I'm pretty sure the original peru malice had a goes away in so many turns thing to it but he kept being sent on trips he hated and it became permanent at some point.

Talking with our employees has removed permanent maluses before. We'd need to roll well enough for Doof to get the apology right, but that's always the case.

And Lizzy should have 20.

I admit to only having skimmed the Hero roster right now.

Yes, it was made permanent after the Xanadu trip, after having decayed one turn. It was originally -15.

That really sucks for both him and us, especially since I was kinda against sending him on trips anyway as long as his emotional baggage hasn´t been addressed properly

...You guys think that him shadowing Russ this turn and learning some more how to deal with his Toon-ness did the trick?

[X] Something else about DEI
[X] Something about Tom himself

Why are people voting for 'Twelfth Night'? We can probably get some insight into it, but that's about it. There's not much we can really do about it. Considering...
'Twelth Night' is the wrong choice. The Interlude is happening either before our next turn or directly afterwards; therefore, any information we get on it will not be actionable. If it weren't for the Probabilit-inator, maybe, but...we're locked into our choices, as-is.
[ ] The Probabilitor-Inator, doubled!
Every success is a critical success. Every failure is a critical failure. Roll 1d20 for the random event roll, and flip a coin. If it's heads, the 1d20 corresponds to 80-100. If it's tails, the 1d20 corresponds to 1-20.
The Inator we voted for is going to be weighing us down when it comes to high DC actions.

Also, @mangawriter77 not to diss your choices or coerce you into choosing another one, but didn't you agree that voting for 'Twelfth Night' was kinda pointless earlier in the thread?
That's... actually a good point. I guess DEI is the way to go, then.

Voting for the first one because of curiosity, voting for the second one because it seems more beneficial compared to the other option.

I would put money on it being the thing that Janna is getting involved in this turn while she's in New York. Sure, maybe there's another big event in New York happening this turn and it's a red herring, but that seems less likely than the alternative. If Janna is walking into Twelfth Night, sending her in with more information should help her perform better, and any votes that come up can be made with more information.

We're not even sure of that. For all we know, Janna has already left for New York, thus she won't be able learn any info we could gain.

Having Celena tell us stuff about Twelfth Night is probably going to do similar things to it as the first prophecy did. The reason why I want DEI and Twelfth Night is that those two are more likely to lower future DCs and modify RERs.
You have gained cryptic warnings as to the future!
Certain future DCs have been reduced!
Certain random rolls have been altered!

'Summon Celena the Shy' Occult action unlocked!
Regardless, the Twelfth Night is in January.

I doesn't take a month to get to New York. The omake will be happening in December, and is also going to probably be the last one happening due to it being during the Christmas special. So Tom could easily summon Celena before then.
