Brockton's Celestial Forge (Worm/Jumpchain)

Why waste time on trifles? Now he can make mechanodendrites for himself in the richest assortment and premium class. Dr. Octavius walks nervously into the shadows.
It is, as it were, tools of the level of machine tools, but at the same time hands and a part of the body. The perks rub their hands together happily.

He does have Build Rome on top of all his other speed boosts.

So it might be a serious project by his standards, and not something to knock out over lunch, but he could definitely churn out enough divine object stealth drones to surveil an entire city if he wanted to.
You know, Joe was saying, back when Garment got her bank account set up, that he couldn't put cameras up in the city.

Gadget Master + Elven Enchantment + Lathe of the Heavens to give spy drones 'end game item tier' stealth. I'm assuming no master craftsman, if he wants enough to cover the city.
To be fair, while that kind of thing may be very effective, due note that it's also not very Joe-like. Even setting aside getting even more attention from the Simurgh, the Tinkers (especially Dragon) in the city discovering his cameras through his stealth, and the various ethical dilemmas in essentially invading the privacy of everyone in the city, Joe isn't the kind of person to create more Tinkertech than what is absolutely necessary. That's something Taylor would do, but not Joe.

Or at the very least, not the original Joe with all of his reservations. The clones though might be another thing entirely.

Put them into the clouds then. People can't tell what you're trying to target if you're targeting everything.

So true it's so not Joe like it's just to Facebook for me to Think that Joe would do such a ting.

For the clones probably not. Only if Survey asked for more data there would be millions of spy drones just to give Survey more data on everything and everyone, Joe is just that kind of Father/Creator never doing anything for himself.

Now I'm just thinking about Survey and Fleet asking there Father/Creator/Joe/God for the drones Data for Survey and piloting drones for Fleet

Stealth Zeppelins.

Again, the question is less of "Could he do it" and more of "Why would he do it". Remember, Survey is already on the hunt with data-searching and Fleet's drones are already scanning a lot of the Bay. The only way he could go further would be if he wanted to suss out cape civilian identities. It would be one thing if he had absolutely no issue in breaking the Unwritten Rules, but despite everything Joe respects that even now.

Why do they have to be stealthed?

"Apeiron please remove your floating masterclass cameras from the city."

"In order, no, make me and you can't do anything about them, so deal with it."

"Scanning everywhere is a violation of everyone's privacy."

"Oh no, not the law. I am just quaking in my third Endbringer-fighting Gundam. People might try and fail to hold me legally responsible for something. What ever shall I do?"

Another thing, if Joe wants to fix his fluff-ups: Make an equivalent of Ren to give to Victoria. Aisha isn't the only one who needs self-control, and part of Ward canon is that the Fragile One is willing to let Glory Girl exercise perfect control over her aura. It's only her obliviousness when it comes to self-responsibility that kept her from practicing an hour a day until her aura could be kept off reflexively.

To be fair, everyone who counts as a good person loves her, is proud of how wonderful she is, and would never think to suggest the necessity of such practice.

While funny, we all know that would be almost the exact opposite of how Joe would do things.
More like...
Armsmaster "Apeiron, those drones are in violation of section 13 of the Tinkertech N.A.C statutes."
Apeiron "Ahhh, crud, you're right, they are...damn, it'll take me forever (ie. >5 minutes) to disassemble them...unless I shuck the outer armor plating here first..." looks at Armsmaster and the large group of Protectorate and PRT agents sent to talk with him, "You guys want some armor plating? you won't be able to reshape it, but it's already fairly small panels and completely modular, and could diffuse a direct blast at triple Purity's known highest output..."

Only a little over a day and we will find out the answer to a burning question that we have been waiting for since the end of January. (our time, not in story time.)

What will Apeiron think of them cute Sea Snails! Not to mention Aisha.

Assuming, you know, Garment hasn't already used them all, or that they weren't somehow part of the sacrifice for the Alchemy.

I don't know which is better, but the image of Truth smiling while a bunch of cartoon snails climb all over them or the image of a cartoon snail across from a snail!Truth.

It'd probably be a good idea to at least set up a nice cloning/artificial reproduction project for them. Those shells are a valuable resource.

Ok just reread the last bit and unfortunately no actual body. However, the description of Tetra in the aftermath seems like she might be bigger and able to verbally communicate and that means she DID get some stuff from Joe so here's hoping she can mould her fibres into a functional humanoid shape as a sort of pseudo-shapeshifting.
So yeh I'm voting for shapeshifting fibres with aura and demigod ancestry as a basic package she got from Joe.
Tetra likely still needs blood to feed upon, so Joe or his clones are more likely to handcraft her a body to puppet and feed from. The 'mass of fibers' scene is not detailed, for all we know Tetra was around Joe's biological gender swapped clone thus she had human like form. Or she was still around Joe's body, just former one.
It seems to me that Leet's efforts to create a personal version of the Matrix will stumble over the fucking evil machine spirits of the Laboratory. Who really dislike Abominable intelligence. And if, by the time of the collision, Joe gets the Magos perks, then he will only have to giggle angrily into the red robe freshly made by Garment.
A technopathic demigod with bunch of AIs and fiat backed perks that are warrantied to work in ANY environment? Inside a 'Matrix'?
That sounds like a 'rolfstomp' to me even without involving Laboratorium. Besides involving Laboratorium for disabling a Matrix with trapped civilians sounds like a disaster.
Alright is there any power the PRT said Apeirion had that he still doesn't have?
Teleportation. Apeiron still has very limited teleportation capabilities (teleports to entrances), and PRT likely overestimates those. But he does have capability to do technological teleporters.

By this point he violates half the regulations there is and he knows it.

I seriously doubt Joe would have went with developing AIs if he was planning to comply with any PRT demands. For something Joe considers small he is likely to comply, but the moment Joe's tech for something important conflicts with PRT's opinion, like one of the AIs, saving civilians, anti-endbringer tools e t c and PRT will be sent packing via Washu Express.
And there are regulations he can't follow regardless of his wishes: REX nanites he can't get rid of, everything he builds by this point is self adapting and improving technology at minimum. Even Laboratorium is feat backed and it's likely to horrify PRT. I'm fairly sure 'huge robots', military armed fighters and especially flying armed robots violate a bunch of laws even outside of PRT regulations, but those are fiat backed as well.

Joe is not stupid enough to believe his violations will remain undiscovered forever.

P.S. You want me to get rid of my AIs? Fine by me. Lets start with the most numerous ones, follow me. Here, these sculls are a bit animalistic AIs, feel free to get rid of them, just be aware that they self resurrect every two days. Call me once you are done.

Piggot: Who the hell are you and what are you doing in my office?
Unknown: Smith. Agent Smith. I'm here to collect all information you have on Apeiron. All of it, regardless of clearance level.
Piggot: Get out!
Unknown: Can't do. President orders. Here are my permits. President was very concerned by deployment of strategic grade weapon near your city, thus I was sent here to take over the case.

One interesting thing to consider is that Joe likely caught attention of other 'state services' now and might have landed out of PRT's jurisdiction.

He's a parahuman, he is their jurisdiction. And unless he can convince the president to give him a presidential pardon in exchange for a place in the CIA/FBI/ETC, it's going to stay that way.

Also, I assume Agent Smith popped up after they confiscated the skulls.

Is there a chapter today? Because that gate of truth chimera fission was incredible.

I know its unlikely but if joe made rachel into a dog or wolf chimera like the really good human form ones could she boost herself with her power?

Either that or he could just cook up some substitute blood directly. I'm sure that Matrix would be happy to put together the blood-cells themselves while Joe cooks up some alchemically potent not-quite-plasma to suspend it in.

He might be able to get a sample of Sanguine to improve those efforts to a decent degree.

Some temporal AoEs would also probably be a good idea. He's got temporal stasis devices, which are pretty useful, but something that could shove a few seconds of extra time into a area of space would probably help with pretty much anything. Maybe reverse engineer the power Velocity uses?

I'm pretty sure that the Protectorate is a paramilitary organization.

I'm pretty sure that the Protectorate is a paramilitary organization.
However Joe effectively deployed a Weapon of Mass Destruction, that is an 'FBI' responsibility. In the very least this is a conflict of interest between FBI and PRT.
Further more Protectorate/PRT seems ineffective from outside perspective which makes external interventions more likely.

Situation depends onto lots of factors. We are not privy to full scope of Protectorate/PRT's responsibilities, nor where it stands in 'command chain', but I doubt that PRT or Protectorate are permitted to dial with WMD cases on their own. Organizations like FBI probably won't take the case over, but PRT will likely not be allowed to work on the case without external oversight in the very least. A 'nuke' being deployed is no longer a problem of single state, people in the white house will request all information that there is and will pay very close attention.

Joe violated airspace rights, which is under sole authority of FAA. I'm not sure how something like this will go, but as long as Joe stays in the air, he probably is a viable target for interceptors and missiles regardless of PRT opinion on the matter.

At this point it's whoever the joint chiefs and the president choose to hand the case to.
