So @Academia Nut does this mean little Rulwyna is slated to have Heroic potential in everything, and our choice determines what kind of hero she is?

I could go for Offensive. Can we freely switch?

@Academia Nut is this sufficient to allow us to declare war missions against the Hathatyn?
 
I think a main salt gift north to take advantage of the special action with the nomads would be a good idea since I really don't want to deal with another Waagh!! so soon.

I think this might actually be us deciding what kind of hero we might get. The wording of the update makes me think we might get a martial hero if we send her north, an artisan hero if we keep her in Valleyhome, or a religious hero if we send her to the priest. Maybe. Not too sure honestly.

@Academia Nut how does our new true city affect how many econ slots we need to maintain them? Also is our martial hero going to be able to participate in the hatriver war or is he going to die soon? If he can fight will we need to do a king war mission to have him help or are province war missions good enough?

With what he says about her having some of his go-getting spirit, and given how we know the shamans and priests are mostly apolitical, this might lead to Rulwyna spotting injustice while in the course of her duties- which would be good!

If you want the full effects of his skills, you need a king designated mission, yes.
