I would much rather the king devote his attention to running the kingdom. "Do the crime - do the time" is all well and good, but the ones doing the time here would be The People (due to distracted leadership), and I'm not okay with that.

Also, if this kicks off a tradition of royal fostering I would be totally okay with that.

I want to get at least one Study Alchemy in while we have the mysticism hero, because it not only is more likely to give good results, but a discovery would also help to excuse the king thinking with his dick.

@Academia Nut could we get a brief overview of the type of people that would be raising the girl for each option? Like, what does the King's son do, what would his attitude towards the girl likely be, etc...

Nope. We have a max of 15 slots now with what we did in sacred forest.

Expand Economy - Encourage the growth of food producing activities such as farming, pastures, or fishing, depending on where focus is placed

We have two possible new province locations for settlement options!!!!
Can change polciy to offense or defense for free.
Study actions are improved, as are exploratory and trade actions to the north. @Academia Nut how likely is it that our mystic hero lasts another turn?

While in normal circumstances I'd say it is his responsibility to raise his child, he has a kingdom to run and the start of a war with the hathatyn to deal with.
Don't we need to improve our dye production immediately?

The king's relatives would attempt to raise her well in the traditions of the Stallion Tribes, which if she's anything like her mother may lead to conflict, but it won't be any sort of intentional abuse. Probably. Pretty distant, the king hasn't entirely been keeping tabs as his son was elected to be a major power player in his own right up in the Stallions.

Lolwyna's family is... not really sure. Probably practical folk, teach her practical skills, and she would be closer to where he would have to spend much of his time, so there is that.

Shamans and priests are shamans and priests. Wise but a bit different and distant.

I think we should leave that to our northern territories. They've been willing to trade with the nomads before, so while they might not be able to throw around salt like no tomorrow, it should still be enough if they are friendly.

Lord's Loyalty
The ties between the People bind tight, and while this increases the obligations of the superior, it also makes the subordinate more likely to listen.
Pros: +1 Subordinate States, subordinate states less likely to break away
Cons: Minimum force commitment in defence of subordinates and allies increased one step, worse consequences for failure to assist

We need a minimum of a Main war action to the hathatyn, even if the QM said we only need a secondary.

And Academia Nut, would't the Lord Loyalty raise the original threshould of minimum [Sencodary] to minimum [Main] war action?
 
Expanding Snail Cultivation now is (sorry to be rude) incredibly foolish. The Mysticism Hero who invented Alchemy is still alive. We should continue using her.
I do not consider it foolish because we do have the Trelli problem of threatening a dominant. I want to head off any stability drops. But I could be convinced otherwise.

Hm... We might want to send her to her mothers family then. It would still let her father visit, but it would prevent her from being wrapped up in the political intrigue that would be common if she was living in Valleyhome. As long as the family is good to her, it would probably work much better.
