I am looking for something which is more like:
OOC: the intention of this segment is to shift Hazo's characterisation away from hatred of the Hagoromo and towards the realization that the cycle of hate is unproductive and stupid.
The last time I tried stuff like this (e.g. including the words 'Hazo wants to see the Hagoromo as complex and multifaceted') it didn't stick. So, I want to be much, much more explicit.
I'll fork your plan if you aren't comfortable with that.

I am a huge proponent of reconciliation. Maybe even the biggest in the thread.
But absolutely not on this one. This is an extremely simple endeavor that doesn't require help, adminstrative or otherwise, and there's no reason to include anyone else other than individuals who want to contribute seals or money to buy seals.
If they want to provide materials to go along with the seal (maybe the storage seals come filled with useful stuff) but we simply don't need help and I'm unwilling to take literally any chances that this gets screwed up or perverted.

Also because Sealing is the sort of art that could get a lot of unrelated people killed if something goes down. Ritsuo knows that (or claims to) but I would not put it past some dumbass Hagoromo to not.

@Shrooms if we don't specify, Hazou will prep for 5 days for the Sealing section whoch is total overkill IMO, can you add a line that says "Eschew prep, use SSA, reroll -9/-12 on Callig/Sealing rolls"

Some changes related to word count, but I have removed a section on Hinata's part which stated that we wouldn't want to sell the gems at their expense, because it felt too much like a threat. @RandomOTP I've been trying to add CHAOSSUITs but I have been having trouble since knowing Hyuga can use non-traditional tenketsu feels to me to be a very uncommonly known thing, and Hinata may not take it well. I know the QMs have told us that this is the case in the past, but I am having trouble seeing this as a non-secret thing.

Wait, were we told about it out of character? I could've sworn it was in-character or public knowledge or something... Welp, in that case, what about...
- Bring up CHAOS Suits. If Hinata is interested, we could sell them a couple and include the first sealing loadout bundled in (and then resupply at a discounted rate).
- The Hyuuga specialize, primarily, in taijutsu. CHAOS Suits and Macerators could provide a nice supplementary boost, nevermind [public seals Hazou knows about IC].
- If Hinata has any special requests for the CHAOS Suits, we could accommodate them (material, pocket location, sizing, coloration, etc).
I guess we could use it as a measuring stick? To see how fairly Hinata's going to deal with us? If we use it first, then that could inform Hazou's approach regarding the gems.
After all, it might be better to go through the Akimichi Clan, and accept whatever substandard results might occur, for the chance of binding our clan more closely with the ever-elusive third Clan of the ISC Group.
(Actually, the Akimichi also specialize in Taijutsu. Making CHAOS Suits for them might also be a good idea)

Should... should we buy this stunt for Hazou? He's a Clan Head, and will be involved in trade deals soon. I feel like this is something he should have.

I mean they only have one sealmaster who I honestly trust implicitly.
Their contributions to this project could be seals, cash, admin, or extra supplies to include.
The only one of those that really involves working together is admin and honestly that's not necessary. This thing markets itself, and there's literally only room for one person in the bank other than the user. The paperwork is taking down names and dates to check no one's abusing the system.
There's just nothing here to collaborate on in a meaningful way.

I realized that, rather than only spending 1 Notes XP to carry Noburi over the top, I could spend the 27 Notes XP he had banked, and then save a total of 26 General XP.
Then I realized that Noburi could learn Surging Seas and push it to level 9 (and we planned on having it be his next 10-slot for pyramid filler, so that he can push a preexisting 10-stat to 20, anyway).
Since this has been the general consensus for a while, I went ahead and implemented it as far as his XP allows. Once Noburi gets his allotment of XP from Sunday's chapter, it should be enough to tip Surging Seas all the way to 10, and begin saving XP to push a 10-stat into a 20-slot...

Not until we finish leveling our socials/combat stats.
I was going to suggest rerolling on the Sealing if a -9/-12 is rolled, currently invokes are worth a +8 for us, so this is more efficient than invoking in terms of making progress on the seals. But then I saw that Hazou spent 3 FP(!!!) on that deception roll in the last update and I no longer think we should waste his last FP on Sealing rerolls.

In that case, definitely maybe. On which note: We should prioritize raising Deceit as Hazou's socials go, because it is useful both for socials and combat.

I think Hazou's short-term build plan goes as follows...
- Resolve to 68 for more XP from FOOM
- Bleeding River Impalement to level 10
- A level 10-stat to level 20 (I recommend Empathy because of FiF)
- A level 20-stat to level 30 (which should be Deceit, because general Opsec and Clan Secrets)

I'd like to buy alertness and athletics up to 39 immediately after getting resolve to 68. It's XP we're going to spend and only slows us down by around 3 weeks
