I'm now confused as to what Orochimaru meant when he said misuse. I'd assumed that he meant that's what would happen if the surgery went wrong. If we can just have it without ill effects and have the option of using it, that's a win.

- Can you elaborate on what would constitute 'misuse', and appropriate use?
- What if any side effects would come along with the seal?
- Would there be changes to our person, physically or mentally?
- If it turned out that there were unfortunate interactions between the bioseal and our bloodline, could we simply not use the bioseal?
- Talk with Noburi and the clan.
- Beg, borrow, and steal to get Anko to the compound and involved in this discussion.
- What happens when you're biosealed?
- Would we look different? Would it be obvious that we had a bioseal?
- Would we become a pariah if it came out?
- Are we literally insane for considering this?
- Get the seal if...
- We aren't incurring significant penalties.
- The seal would give us more than 10 hours/week on average (read: some meaningful mechanical impact).
- Not using it if there are IN interactions is viable.
- There's broad agreement this is within the bounds of sanity.
- If we don't get the seal...
- Politely decline. We don't know enough about our bloodline or biosealing to make an informed decision. Thank you for allowing us time to consider our decision. We do hope to expand our knowledge in both areas and one day make another exchange for this seal.

I'm inclined to give Oro this one, actually. We cottoned on right from the beginning that it was 'Mild Peril' from Orochimaru's perspective, much like Team Uplift jokes about the 'Swamp of Death'. At no point did I feel like Orochimaru gave us a bad description of the cave, especially considering how the only true danger in there was beyond the parts that Orochimaru explored.
If I was a Sannin and all I found was telepathic critters, strange white bugs, and sharp fish, I'd call that 'mild peril' too.

Hm. On the one hand, I can't in good conscience approve of this plan as put forward.
On the other hand, voting against getting the seal would be terribly out-of-character for me, and in a way that's lame instead of entertaining, and the stakes are not quite high enough to justify that.
Someone post some funny arguments for/against the seal to sway me one way or another. The funnier side wins.

If Hazou has a button on his head that shaves off some sleep debt with the side-effect of some light to medium mental biological fuckery every time its used (and let's be honest here, both he and us will press this button when it is convenient for us to do so) this provides ample spare ammunition for some hilarious RomCom shenanigans to ensue in the aftermath.

We can go up to Naruto and show off our own bioseal, say that he inspired us to get these tats.
There is absolutely gold chuuni potential in having a magic seal on our body. We can make cringe jokes to our family and actually fake them out for a bit because they might actually believe that Orochimaru made Hazou's bioseal "shudder and write in the presence of heartfelt emotion".
We can effortlessly troll Shikamaru by getting up ungodly early and being insufferably bright and chipper because we're perfectly well-rested.
