I've made some updates - namely, reworking the Mari/Yakuza section to expand our conversation with Mari. There is fat to cut if anyone has an outstanding idea, but I think this is fairly well put-together.

Not really sure I want to be spending this XP right now, but even if we waited to near the end of the war I'm not sure what else would be affordable and make that much of a difference, so eh why not

@FaintlySorcerous is your plan supposed to repeat everything in it a second time? I think it goes past 299 words if you count the second half.
 
barring inevitable shenanigans from this update is anyone else interested in timeskipping to confirmation of Akane's fate/seeing the possible fight next update, with various stipulations on not letting Hazoupilot skip possibly important intervention thingies

If you can word this succinctly I'm happy to try to put it in, however, I'm not confident we'll get a 'QM had fun' bonus which is leaving money on the proverbial table for FOOM.
 
I was going to update my teatime plan to include dealing with the yaks and then optimizing for wordcount, but I have no spoons. Therefore...
