Here's what the Kagome part is referring to:
Waterproofing skywalkers. Skywalkers are our biggest strategic asset other than actual S rankers, and they don't work when it's raining. The biggest way we can contribute is to fix that.

I want to point out that analysis is based on "Using Naruto to coordinate an entire front", that is not the point of the Naruto Relay, the Naruto Relay is supposed to be used by a team with a particular objective, nor be the strategy hub for the entirety of Leaf. On top of that, as i already responded to the original post, while Asuma used the strategy during the collapse, that doesn't mean he's going to use it offensively, in fact:
Finally, as reactive armor, i would like to see if it can work, instead of pushing for it chapter after chapter for long amounts of time, so if it doesn't compromise the plan, i would appreciate it, so that i can finally stop talking about it, one way or another.
EDIT: also, i would add that rift research imply going to rift and back, with all the time-frame needed to do so. This, when we still did not apologize to the Yakuza, does not seems a good idea.

FTR I'm against talking to Keiko about Fu at all until we-the-hivemind know what's going on, and would much rather scrap that part with her. Or at least the part where we talk about redemption.
And I would argue that such a use would be functionally the same as Naruto's normal use (to be pointed at a target and go off to [do stuff to] it).

I guess? I don't see how you can read "Naruto is pointed at X and goes S-ranker on it" as functionally the same as "Naruto stand backs and play support for X teams of ninja". But more imporantly, it would be a negligible amount of wordcount that, worse case scenario, ends in Keiko saying "Command already uses it".
Or Keiko spends half the update telling Hazou how dumb he is for not knowing this already.
We should try waterproofing skywalkers (or seals in general), this is an ongoing issue and it would be great if we could figure out a solution. Since we currently are crippled in combat during a rainstorm.

Fine, it's less efficient for Naruto to play support for other ninjas to accomplish a mission when he could just go S-ranker and do it himself, both in terms of casualties and chances of the mission succeeding completely.
Also, RandomOTP's version of it was 99 words. Not so negligible.

Fair enough,i can see your point. Naruto is a strategic resource, so every time he moves it's for an important mission. I could have gotten a little too fixated on seeing if the idea had merit In-universe, now that i think about it.

I don't mind removing the line about "he could come back to KEI after sufficient reparations" and then adding a line about "provided Hazou-pilot doesn't think Fu is a lost cause of stupidity, he'll still still have the Goketsu (conditionally..."
Probably not, given the amount of fluff I'll have to cut later tonight, anyway. Besides, I'm of the same mind as Snowflake (in that, because of the war, Haru's apology will have to be enough, and that it's better to focus on setting a system up to keep other Goketsu ninja from Doing a Haru).

Akane's answer will probably be "Really? You could find time for two tea-times with Kei, one visit with Ino, but saying sorry to the people Haru murdered was too much?", to be honest, and it's not like she's wrong. Hazou cannot do anything relevant to the war at the moment.

I noted i forgot to explain this part. Keiko has currently enough XP to reach the next level of FOOM, giving her more XP bonus. Of course, spending XP on resolve means not spending it on survival skills. This said, if we decide to keep upgrading FOOM, we should probably reach Resolve 45 for the 1.3x SC XP in the next (Or next-next) Update.
The FOOM + Escape is if we want to upgrade Vacuum Step as an escape technique, while upgrading FOOM.

The general thrust is 'deal with Fu, try to make apologies to the Yakuza, go do sealing research'. I think that clearing our plate as much as possible is the best thing we can do right now.
@Shrooms and @Sentient Tree you both voted for it previously - update accordingly. @faflec it now incorporates suggestions you made re: Fu. It borrows heavily from @RandomOTP's plan.

If Fu has family, we have a pretty serious problem should we decide to evict him. 'Your 16-year-old son made a mistake. We're now either evicting you or forcing you to decide whether you stand by his side during a time of great need or remove yourselves from an environment where you're given food and shelter during a period where your family is probably going to get a lot of flak from ninja, generally.'
