Slight problem with that. The GalFed happens to also want Jumba.

Now, having Kat could be useful for dealing with the GalFed, but we really should look into decoding the GalFed computers. I do not wish to be blindsided by aliens again.
 
If we have some low-DC Martial actions focused on repairs, that might be a good opportunity to use Khan's trait that lets him do multiple actions at the cost of reduced stats.
Edit: Nevermind, it doesn't give us extra nationals, just lets us use him on extra actions. =(

I propose to put Kat in jail, install a remote like the one doff once made for perry, and use him as a sacrificial soldier in the future
 
I propose to let Kat leave and be a problem for Greener Pastures, Michigan or wherever he's heading to while focusing on keeping Doofania intact - we're about to hit the deep red financially between Lovemuffin, the damages we've taken already, and potentially a rain of rotten Inator meat! We don't want this brewing cash crisis to be any worse than it needs to be, and we don't want to have our capabilities reduced by devastation to our city we might be numerous turns in scraping together the cash to address.

We either pick further financial devastation or donate to one of our enemies a formidable Martial/Intrigue hero unit that knows all our secrets, probably has a murderous grudge against some of our heroes/residents and who has been a source of tremendous frustration.

So... financial devastation it is.

We'll just have to hope that there aren't any issues with the alimony checks.

We have managed to create a new pedigree and novelty supersede deadliness (e.g. hoverboards).

That's very much a worst case scenario! We don't know what Kat will do after leaving. It's possible this is what happens but we shouldn't take it as a given. He hates work, and he would absolutely hate working for an Earthling.
